Our restaurant is open for dinner everyday starting at 5pm. We proudly serve beautifully presented Lebanese dishes, cocktails and have the largest list of Chateau Musar wines in Philadelphia!
Our garden is open! Stop in today and enjoy the warmth and culture of Suraya.
Birthday dinner for my wife. Tried the tasting menu. It was excellent! The roasted red pepper, lamb and bass were amazing. Though all of it was great. Great ambiance and great service. Will be back.
Loved the vibe, service & food!
Excellent as always
Great food and service and fabulous ambience!
Everything was amazing !!!!
Everything was great! Food was the best I’ve had in a long time. Can’t think of a negative thing at all. Definitely going again soon
Great food that touches all your taste buds with different Middle eastern flavors.
The service was a little slow but we were having a great time so that didn’t change our mood.
A little pricey but worth it if you like to try something unique.
Will definitely come back.
Absolutely love this place! The food is the best Lebanese food in Philly!! I took my dad, who is Lebanese, and he was in heaven the entire time...all he kept saying was “I haven’t had this delicious kibbeh since my grandma was around”! I have been multiple times since then. Their drinks are always amazing too.
Everything was amazing.. and the staff was great too!
The ambiance and the decoration of the whole restaurant were just as amazing as the food! I dined with a friend and we ordered four small plates and it was plenty of food for the two of us. Happy I was able to make a reservation with such short notice because I know the weekends are hard to get a reservation. I had trouble finding the parking lot that they describe on their website but other than that it was amazing!
Very well presented. Good food options. Pita, hummus options and date juice were great.
The garden in back was relaxing and beautiful for a pre-dinner drink. The prix fixe tasting menu pleased everyone and made ordering easy for a first visit. Everything was a taste treat! Great place for special occasions!
This was the best meal I’ve had in over 5 years! It felt like I was in someone’s mother’s kitchen. The food was fresh, comforting, full of so many deep flavors and perfectly cooked!
The service was warm, friendly and so efficient. The servers were knowledgeable and seemed genuinely authentic and happy to be there.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’ll visit Philly again just to eat here!!
Best restaurant in Philadelphia with amazing outdoor seating during nice weather.
I've been twice to this place, both times to brunch. One of the best brunches I've been to and one of the best Middle-eastern cuisines. Sadly, I couldn't try the pastries, which they run out of very quickly. You should try the Lebanese Chai tea latte, it's like nothing else, the aroma, the taste, absolutely incredible!
I would definitely recommend it
When Ambiance and Food are both wonderful it is a rare occasion. Suraya makes this happen with effortless ease.
So starting with the space— it looks and IS magnificent.
How can it be that the space is generous yet your experience is intimate? Beautifully crafted unique appointments
make you feel as if you are in someone
Who is high up iLebanese society has invited you to dine with them.
The outstandingly delicious food comes out in regulated timing. Delicious beet salad, herb omlette, grilled chicken shish kebab, gravlax(exceeded my adorded brooklyn Nova)so tasty and sweet/salty, puffed pita all trimmed with Lebanese spices that are piquant but not obnoxiously burning your mouth and lips). We abstainedx from the pastries as we heartbrokenly stayed on our diet. Herbs and fresh veggies did the trick. Dont wait a minute make your reservation!
Great location and décor...incredible food and great service...must try for everyone who haven't tried Lebanese food.
We love Suraya. We have been there several times and each time is excellent. The service and staff is perfect. And I don't just hand out terms like excellent and perfect all the time. As a former restaurateur for 25 years, I appreciate excellent service and food!!!!
Visited with my family. We had an amazing time. The food and drinks were beyond expected. The service was top notch.
Like usual the food was incredible. However, this specific time that I went they forgot about my Kwarma. Because I was seated the bar counter top I watch several servers have conversations about my food. They served me 30 minutes after I alerted them and never once apologized. I love this place but in this one particular instance, I was slightly disappointed in the wait staff for lack of acknowledgment.
We absolutely loved the food and service here. Hands down top 3 dining experiences in Philadelphia!!
Extremely meat heavy menu, they serve drinks with plastic straws, and the salad dressing was way too salty. Rest of food was average. Not a good place for vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.
On the plus side, excellent service, very good cocktails and the back garden was so pleasant.
Would only go back to sit in backyard and have a drink. Food was not for me and I eat a lot of middleastern food.
Beautiful restaurant, great vibes and good food.
They have vegan options, I just wish they were labeled.
Everything was perfect about our birthday lunch at Suraya. Six women friends came to celebrate one member's birthday. We ordered many items from the menu to share, and each dish was lovely to look at, unique, and delcious to taste. The desserts were particularly wonderful, especially the rhubarb tarte. The decor is sophisticated, warm, and attractive. The space is light and airy, and our round table just in front of the outdoor rear patio was wonderful. We can't say enough good things about Suraya and can't wait to return.
Great place .. small to medium size portions but quality of food was great
So good. So good
Loved it ! Service was top notch. Don't over order. You could be full just from the small plates and giant warm pita. YUM ! #share
Food was amazing. Authentic and delicious
I’ve had brunch and dinner at Suraya and the food and service are excellent!! On this night we enjoyed the tasting menu, which is a great way to try a little bit of everything. We all enjoyed every bite. Our favorites were the SAMKE NAYYEH, made with raw yellowtail and similar to ceviche, the MAKANEK (lamb sausage, HALABI KEBAB (ground lamb) and the Apples and Ashta dessert. The flavors were amazing and the presentation of every dish (and cocktail) was beautiful.
Was very sad. Only in Philadelphia a couple days and was looking forward to kanafeh only to find out it was not available for lunch.
Another lovely and delicious night - thank you ❤️🙌🏻
Suraya was absolutely enchanting in every way unimaginable. The space is gracious and homely optimizing on a sense of comfortable engagement.
The chefs creations are earthy. They awaken one's taste-buds and invite the soul to a cultural experience.
Drinks, dinner, life, magic and all that happened at our table at Suraya was a charming and beautiful adventure.
The appetizers were exquisite; the main dishes varied, although none was bad; and the ambience and service were terrific.
Fantastic! Can't wait to come back! Service was slow (maybe because of the crowd) - keep that in mind because we ended up getting a parking violation because we were over by a few minutes.
Beautiful food, had the tasting menu which I recommend. A nice thing was that my server thought my entree was taking too long (I didn’t) so when I was done he gave me a lovely pastry which made a great breakfast.
Fantastic experience! Delicious food with unique ambiance. Outside pavilion is beautiful!
Amazing food and great service for our 8 person dinner with friends.
Only problem is the terrible parking lot. chaotic parking with cars blocking each other.
Nina was absolutely amazing! The food was wonderful and we really appreciated all her recommendations. We will be back soon!!
