Our server, B, was very professional and courteous. He checked up on us. We came close to the end of their brunch hour and were still in and out fairly quickly. The food was hot and good and we will certainly keep Supper Club in mind for brunch dates.

This time I got the fish and grits..I was skeptical because it literally took less than 5 minutes to get my food…who cooks fish that fast…fish was not seasoned neither were the grits..this is the worst meal I’ve had here so I definitely won’t be getting fish and grits again

The ambience was amazing from the entrance to the mezzanine. The decor is beautiful and server attire completes the illusion of great experience to come. Unfortunately, service was poor. We ordered drinks and appetizer, server wanted us to give entrees orders all at the same time but they were out of the option I wanted so I asked her to get our drinks and appetizer started. She came back with the drinks and took our entree order. Our server informed as she dropped off our entrees the kitchen forgot our appetizer. This was the only communication, we were not told anything else so we assumed it wasn’t coming. However about 10 mins later we received our appetizers. Server dropped the appetizer and left, didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks or anything. The server should know that they are also a part of the guest’s experience; the attention to detail is important. For example, the server noticing when drinks are low or asking how does the food taste after guest have an opportunity to start eating. Again the decor and ambience says I will be cater to but the service says caught me when you can.

The host who sat me was rude I informed her in my reservations I asked for the main room and she stated is that where you want to sit very rude. I then stated no upstairs okay since we up here hot as hell upstairs. The waitress mess up drink order and she had an attitude too. Cancel food order and left.

The waitress was not very attentive and she also did not have recommendations when asked. It took a while for her to return whenever we asked for anything. I had a piece of paper towel in my water. It took her a while to replace my water. The food lacked flavor. Overall overpriced for subpar service and food.

Review of The Supper Club on Second: Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars) My recently visited to The Supper Club on Second had a mixed experience. While the food was undeniably excellent, the service left much to be desired, especially considering that I had made a reservation. Let's start with the positives. The food at The Supper Club on Second was nothing short of fantastic. The menu featured a variety of mouthwatering dishes prepared with care and finesse. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality. The presentation was also commendable, as each dish was visually appealing and beautifully plated. The culinary experience alone would entice me to return. However, the service during my visit was a letdown. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes while seated. This was particularly frustrating, as the primary purpose of making a reservation is to avoid such delays. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to a lack of organization and communication among the team. It was disappointing to see such potential overshadowed by a lackluster front-of-house experience. While seated, the service didn't significantly improve. The waitstaff appeared rushed and inattentive, making it difficult to get their attention when needed. Simple requests like drink orders took longer than expected to be fulfilled, and felt somewhat disconnected. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and polite, but their attentiveness was lacking. In terms of ambiance, The Supper Club on Second provided a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The elegant decor and dim lighting created a sophisticated ambiance, perfect for a relaxed evening out or a special occasion. The noise level was moderate, allowing for comfortable conversation without being overwhelmed by a bustling crowd. In summary, The Supper Club on Second offers exceptional food that is sure to impress even the most discerning palate

We made reservations for the mezzanine but when we arrived our table wasn’t ready so we ended up having a table in one of the tables in the corner next to the window so the experience was just ok

Our waitress was nice, attentive and engaging… which can be a rarity. Our drinks were delicious and came out timely. Everyone that had the stuffed chicken sang it’s praises.. and the warm butter cake was yummy!!

I always enjoy myself when I go. The first time I went for dinner I had the lamb chops and lobster Mac and cheese which I loved.The soft launch was very nice even with limited options. Service was great as usual.

There’s a lot I could say but the 20% surcharge did it for me. I would’ve left a larger tip. That felt like a “gotcha”. The 20% surcharge is in tiny tiny print at the bottom of the menu. Make sure you read carefully. I won’t be back.

Food was absolutely amazing, but sides aren’t included in your entree, & they were $12 a piece after spending $52 on a steak. My server was decent, he was new so I can’t really hold that against him. Our sides never came to the table so we only had a big steak on our table & nothing else. & they made us pay for the sides & gave them to us to go after we told them we obviously didn’t want them anymore. Anyway absolutely amazing food, decent drinks, but probably won’t be back

Food choices were limited but the quality of the food was great. (Use less Salt next time) They were out of the lobster appetizer. Drinks were good Service was good. Was a little loud in the place There was an issue with our reservation. I didn't understand why because the place was not busy. All in all. A good spot for a new place to try.

My server was nothing short of amazing. But this was not a great experience to for my 40th birthday dinner. First off over an hour for drinks was insane. My server was more than apologetic. The appetizers came out after about 45 minutes but before the drinks. Food didn’t come out all together and most of my guests food came out over cooked or cold there was no happy medium. Not once did a manager or owner come over to even apologize for the long long delay. The only good thing was they hired a sever with EXCELLENT people skills. He saved the night. I will try again but not with a large party.

My first time and it was a really good experience. Food and drinks was a 10 out of 10. The hostess and the manager were really nice ,but my waitress seems like she didn't want to be there . But overall great experience.

The food was great. However, the service could’ve been better. Our server disappeared for long periods of time and I had to keep asking for her whenever we’d like to order another drink or add something. She missed the fact that I never got my salad and our drinks came after we had already ate our appetizers. They were just sitting at the bar prepared for the longest until I finally got someone to bring them to us. She was really sweet and pleasant but she needs to be a little more attentive.

The appetizers and drinks we ordered were great, but for the steaks we wanted for our entree we were told were not available. Then Fire alarm started before our main course arrived (we were told it was from situation next door, not within the restaurant. After ~7-10 minutes of enduring the noise and hoping it would stop soon, we asked to have our meals packed to go.

If they fix the air issue I would give this restaurant 5 stars. We were sweating and the manager claimed the air was on 68.Plus the fire alarms were going off for over an hour. The place is beautiful and food and drinks are great! However for the prices they need to fix air.

It was hot in the restaurant, they were out of ribeye steaks, short ribs, and oysters. Spoke with the manager and ask if she would discount the tomahawk steaks for my party due to them not having the ribeye steaks or short ribs. I had a party of 9 of the party 5 of us wanted steak she said she couldn't point blank. She could have discounted them from $145 to $100-$120 and we were willing to pay for the tomahawk, she said no so we left and we to another steak house.

My server was great! She let us know what food was missing when we very first sat down BUT half of the menu was missing. They didn’t have no food that me and my guest actually wanted. Although we stayed, my mom ordered a salmon meal and her salmon came out last 25 mins after everybody had their food and she only had SIDES. which is crazy , the manager attitude was so poor she was being very sarcastic when my mom tried to tell her about her food being cold because she was waiting so long for her salmon.

The atmosphere was great. However for this to be an upscale restaurant with limited items to pick from on the menu. The items we requested they didn’t have . When we finally made a decision on what we wanted the chicken tasted as if it was cooked in old grease as well as the soul food egg rolls. Besides those issue we really enjoyed ourselves
