- CateringBeetroot Sauvage has a casual menu during the day (Tues - Sun 10-5pm) but come Saturday nights, our head chef and co-owner Gary McGirr, designs a 5 course themed Supper Club that plunges guests into a world of unusual and entrancing flavours. The food is all completely plant-based, and a chance for Beetroot Sauvage to design all of the extravagant dishes with particular focus on taking each guest on a journey as course after course is served. Each Supper Club will have a theme and could be anything from wild, foraged food to plant-based cheese nights, or just desserts!
