Food and view were both great. The waiters seemed grumpy and upset to be there. Did not smile once, did not talk to us other than asking what we would like to order, then they took our water glass and never came back with a full one. Only will be going back for the view

Excellent, excellent service. We arrived with a 7pm reservation on a Friday with 8pm tickets to Wicked (a block away) and were able to get served super quickly and out in time for the show. Portion sizes were good. Really enjoyed the food, would have just liked a little more crisp on the bottom of the pizza.

SuperNova definitely contributed to making our group's afternoon a pleasurable one. We arrived early for our reservation and the staff was very accommodating. As requested, they gave us a round table with a Times Square view. The entire staff, especially our waiter, was professional, friendly and funny. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I look forward to returning.

We had theater tickets so we told the server to make sure we'd be quick. They forgot one drink at the bar, brought half the food... we were ok with time but a little stressed. The food was fine, nothing special.

I have already recommended SuperNova to a friend. Told her to try for a window seat overlooking Times Square. Food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!
