Need more vegan options

Lunch date with our nieces and my sister

They were 30 minutes late on our reservation, the table was dirty, we didn’t get silverware until 5 minutes after our food was delivered, our appetizer and margaritas never came (but were on the bill), my kids drinks came after the dishes were bussed off the table. The kids root beer floats were $2.75 on the menu. They charged us $3 for the drink and $3.95 for the ice cream. It was a complete disaster.

Six of us. Not too picky, not in a rush, but Rafael couldn’t seem to keep up. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is fun. Will return, but might find someone else to take care of us next time.

Very accommodating staff to our needs. Even held our table an additional 30 minutes when an unforeseen delay came up.

Food was top quality. Only complaint was inattentive server He was Delayed in getting our order taken and the bill settled. He did have other tables but they seemed to get better service than us.

We had a great lunch. The food was hot and delicious. The service was great. We always have a wonderful time at Superior Grill.

Our waiter seemed rude and unprofessional. When I asked if there was a jalapeño margarita, he rolled his eyes, then said, "nope." When the waiter asked us what we wanted for appetizers, we let him know that we had no menus. He laughed and said, let me go grab your menus--then proceeded to slam the QR code on our table. There were other instances throughout our night that left us feeling uncomfortable.

What a great experience! My daughter lives in New Orleans and wanted me to try this restaurant- I don’t know what took me so long!
Service was excellent. We had a fantastic waiter and I always return for great service. But I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the ceviche and the ahi tuna tacos!!! And the margaritas actually.

I’ll be back. I stay at the Hampton every time. Shame on me for not trying this restaurant before!

Service was very slow. The tortilla soup was more of a veggie soup. The hostess was very kind and greeted us with smiles.

Best Tex Mex in New Orleans! Lovely setting on St. Charles Avenue. Delicious food and great service. Tamales were best ever and beautifully presented. Our favorite Christmas Eve family tradition. We will return often!

We had a wonderful family lunch at Superior Grill! The food was amazing and plentiful! Great service! And we appreciate that we can make reservations and that the restaurant is not too crowded and we don't have to stand around and wait. Can't wait to come back!

My overall score is generous due to our waitress who was so nice and did a great job! I made a reservation. We were seated next to a party of 8 or 9 (which not really sure how or why that was allowed. Most places won’t seat more than 6 right now as appropriate.) You could hear them in the entire restaurant. We had to yell our orders to the waitress. I mean that literally. We ate and couldn’t pay the bill fast enough. The food was mediocre. I’ve had better Mexican at a hole in the wall.

Great food and the best Margaritas!!!

Superior Grill is in my neighborhood. Convenient and easy for us. This was the worst enchiladas I have ever had. The desert needed to be returned. The service was good but the food has definitely declined during COVID.

It was just ok, nothing super and there are better choices in Nola Mexican scene.

Great Service

Our food was great as usual. Girls’ brunch was amazing. Tried a new drink, the champagne margarita, and it was delicious. Service was great and they were observing COVID protocols!

We are regulars and love it everytime we go. The food is good and consistent. The prices are average. Last night we had a personable, professional waiter, but he had been given an entire row of tables and it was just way to much to handle. The service was terribly slow because of this. I’m assuming it was a staffing issue.

The crying babies were unbelievable wow

The food was good. The wait staff wasn't very attentive. We had a baby with us and they attempted to put us outside in the sun and seem put off when we asked to be inside. It was a Sat morning so I cut imagine they were worried about noise.

We took our niece and nephew to dinner Friday night to celebrate our nephew’s birthday. As always, the service and our meals were outstanding. We frequent Superior Grill ni-weekly, and our stomachs (and sometimes livers) always leave happy!
