Superica
– “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin.

The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.

    It seems as if they have cut down the menu since our last visit. It felt like option were more limited. The service was slowww. Our waiter was polite and courteous but seemed to have too many tables. Our drinks and water were empty numerous times. When you are eating spicier food that is not good. When the food arrived someone else came and asked who had what dish and literally dropped the plates off and left. Food was ok, service lacking.

    Our waiter Steven was so nice and attentive. Food was excellent. Music could have been quieter but wasn't too bad. Enjoyed our meal!

    Our server was great! We got drinks at the bar while we waited on the table and they seemed less than thrilled to serve us, but the overall quality of our food and drinks was solid.

    We have been looking for the best Mexican or Tex-Mex in Nashville and I think we found it. Great food. Enchiladas, Queso, Quesadillas. Great server and cool atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

    We liked the Fajitas for two. Decent price for the amount of food that you get. I just felt it was lacking seasoning.

    The menu is confusing. We ended up spending over $100 for two cocktails and two dinners (?!). It wasn’t anything special either. I had a lot of questions about the meal once I got it because it didn’t really match the menu. The waiter rushed off and wasn’t around enough, but the food was decent. They should hire someone to make the menu easier to understand and reduce friction. Additionally, can the music please match the vibe?
