    One of our favorites restaurants in Puebla. Great choice for teppanyaki. You have to reserve teppanyaki table if you want to have the best experience.

    Lo que nos gustó: -La atención por parte de los host de la entrada, es muy calida -La calidad de las proteinas -Las bebidas preparadas son muy buenas -El lugar es muy acogedor Lo que no nos gusto: -La comida no es lo que uno esperaría de un lugar asi -Los rollos son insípidos y muy por debajo de la calidad de los demás platillos que tienen ( esto es algo extraño ya que la mayoría de su menú son rollos ) -La atención del mesero (da prioridad absurda a comensales regulares y por lo tanto menosprecia a los nuevos, logrando que estos no tengan ganas de regresar) (no sabemos si esto lo hacen todos los meseros, pero el que nos tocó asi fue)

    Excelente como siempre !! Excepto interaccion con el Valet Parking. Mala actitud al recibir mi auto con un "proceso" que no es claro, les falta entrenamiento y tener la actitud correcta que sea homologa al de todo el personal de Suntory. Muy mala actitud del valet, afecto mi experiencia!

    Muy bien la experiencia, el chef fenomenal, Brandon Chamorro (creo es su nombre). Solo que al parecer hubo cambio de turno porque ya no volvimos a ver al capitán y el servicio se volvió pésimo, ya nadie se acerco a checar que necesitabamos, nadie nos ofreció la carta de postres. Literal se olvidaron de nosotros. Lastima porque habíamos empezado con una excelente atención pero termino muy mal al final...
