Been here multiple time over numerous years. TLDR: Appeared understaffed, slow service. Good food and wine with a breathtaking view. Most disappointing visit to date. Had a reservation the waitress saw us arrive proceeded to walk the other direction, then on her way back to us stopped at the bar to talk with the bar tender. We stood waiting to be seated for our reservation for several minutes. Once seated service continued to be on the slower side. Food was good as per usual, thankfully. Unfortunately, seemed to be the season for fruit flies and flies as although we were sitting inside our wine and food were getting attacked by them. To the point we covered our wine glasses with napkins. At the wine shop on our way out service continued to be slow. Lots of people trying to taste and only one staff member. Disappointing as I only wanted a few bottles and the wait was deterring. Overall, not the greatest visit this time but been coming here for years and the food, wine, and view is worth it.

Very disappointing experience- temperature was freezing inside, Rockfish special was so bad we returned all 3 and had to share the other 3 people’s meal. No one did anything to try and make up a terrible experience. We are wine club members and had to ask twice for bubbly glass of wine that comes with the membership. We have cancelled 2 other upcoming reservations and won’t be back.

The dinner menu was very limited - the burgers just okay. The view was stellar, the service and our waiter were really, really good and the wine was very good. All six of us were disappointed in our meals. I wish the food was better with more choices on the menu. It was way better this time last year. Also, an automatic tip of 20% for a group of six did not sit well with any of us. I can understand it with a large group - 10 or 12. Tipping is/should be, a choice. A group of six is a very small group.......

Such a wonderful place to have lunch with friends. Service was great and the food was amazing. The best ceasar salad I've ever had. And of course the wine and the view....can't beat it. Lovely

It was a wonderful evening celebrating a friend’s 45th birthday ! I requested a view when I made the booking and the staff didn’t disappoint! The view was gorgeous. The service was friendly and efficient, the food delicious and the wine options were plenty :). We never felt rushed - it was the perfect evening!

We had a dinner reservation for 4 people, 2 guests were from out of town. It started with a nice server who explained the menu and we ordered wine and brut. After 30 minutes, still no drinks and we hadn’t ordered food. I went to the bar to look for a manager and no one wanted to help and made excuses about being busy. The restaurant was no where near full but there was a wedding downstairs. We decided to leave and no one said a word to us. We went to a neighbourhood pub down the road and we were enjoying dinner and drinks within 20 minutes. I’m embarrassed and extremely disappointed in this expensive restaurant.

Ran out of Ribeye but they made up for it with tenderloin & some cajun type shrimp so we were not disappointed at all. Everything tasted amazing. Service was fantastic as well.
