Rock & Roll Landmark since 1957. A lot of famous musicians visited and still visiting the place. Don Henley from Eagles wrote a song about this place. The restaurant speciality nowadays the hungarian cuisine but still serving the original "burger joint" items alongside with delicious italian pastas and wide selection of sandwiches. Unique specialty cocktails and kraft, quality traditional cocktails are available as well on the upstairs bar/patio and in the garden downstairs. Cool, cosy and vibrant place with live music on saturdays

This place is janky. The upstairs was sweltering and they refused to open the plastic sheeting that enclosed the patio. They were pushing the traditional Hungarian menu and gave us grief for asking for more than one breakfast menu even though it was brunch time. The soap in the bathroom was almost empty so they took the pump out and just added some water to the bottle.
The food was good, but one of the waiters was poor at his job. The other one was friendly and attentive.
Would not recommend this place.

I guess it’s hit and miss. I had a great schnitzel there a few months ago, but not this time. The portion is generous, but you had to put your glasses on to see the meat inside the breadcrumbs. The potatoes it came with were very oily.
The stuffed cabbage was good.
Service was slow. Our server was very pleasant, though.

BEWARE! We went to this restaurant after a Whiskey A GiGo show and it was a disaster! We were a party of 10 and our table wasn’t set up so we did it ourselves, cause we were seating outside on their patio and there was no one there. We soon realized there was only one waiter and one cook. Even though our order was taken right away, it took FOREVER to come out. Luckily the drinks came out right away and they were nice and strong. While we waited we saw a family of mice running around our table the whole time. We should’ve just left right then and honestly I don’t know why we didn’t. I think we were in shock and felt sorry for the waiter whom was soooooo nice and apologetic. Needless to say say the food was awful and no one eat any of it. Finally we got up to pay at the cash register and noticed that our waiter was also the cashier and that the dirty dishes were stacked up all over the counter, the kitchen and no one was washing them. Also, the cook was sneezing into his hands and not wearing gloves or face mask. Non of us got sick but we were disgusted with the whole experience.
