Sunset Bay Cafe, located near the Linkside Conference Center in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, offers a casual dining experience overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, Sunset Bay Cafe is a family owned and operated restaurant serving the finest in locally sourced ingredients including fresh produce and sustainable seafood, delivered daily from the docks in Destin, Florida. Sunset Bay Cafe offers a full bar, outdoor dining, poolside Tiki bar (seasonally), and “grab and go” options.

Sunset Bay Café is in an incredible location – so spread the word! Property owners and guests of the Sandestin resort are already loyal regulars here. Turn north off Hwy 98 and the guard gate will issue you a pass. Once inside, go straight for a half of a mile and the restaurant is on your right. There is plenty of parking and takes mere moments to arrive from Hwy 98.

    This restaurant is permanently closed. We got there and the parking lot was empty and a sign on the door indicating closure. Not sure why this is still available to book on open table. Disappointing.

    Staff couldn’t remember drink or order. Food was lukewarm, could not find server to pay bill. Restaurant was far from busy

    The outdoor seating was quiet and offers a peaceful view of the bay. Trey was an amazing server offering suggestions and specialty drinks. Food was large portioned and tasted great.

    The food was good, but our service was poor, at best. Brunch, with no extras, took over two hours! He only served water to a some of us, and did not bring the full drink order at the same time. When we finally got our brunch, one of the group did not get their food. I could go on, but won’t!

    Not sure if it was short staffed today, but it took us over an hour to get our food. Server was not friendly. Didn’t even mention they were behind in the kitchen, no apologies, or anything. Food was ok.
