It was overall good experience. Honestly my only issues were with some of the food, which PERSONALLY I just didn't like, doesn't mean they're bad products.

Had the tasting menu. Great choice for a solo diner. Was able to sample a lot of the menu. Dishes were paired thoughtfully, and everything was memorably delicious. There was plenty of food; I certainly didn't leave hungry! Service was attentive, thoughtful. Kitchen crew was nice, too (I sat at the counter, so had a good view of these folks in action). Everyone seemed really invested in their customers' enjoyment of the food and of the overall experience. I also highly recommend the banana cocktail: sweet and savory.

Our server provided an exceptional experience. She was warm and attentive - and remarkably accommodating of one guest's particular food limitations. She knows the menu items, ingredients, and preparations in detail - and her recommendations were spot on. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

Flavours of all dishes were pretty spot on. Squid was my favourite dish! Pretty authentic tasting Chinese dishes that filled us up good!

My friends and I (4 in total) shared many dishes. We LOVED the miami short ribs, Dan Dan noodle, silver needle noodle, braised mushrooms and egg tofu and the charred cabbage. The Black Pepper Lamb was alright, but didn't stand out as much in terms of flavour compared to the other dishes. Our server was attentive and was very pleasant to talk to. All of us have agreed that we will be coming back :)

This was our first time at Sunny’s and we loved it! The food was delicious! Especially the Dan Dan Noodles, which were spicy. Keep in mind the Sichuan dishes have some heat! And the French toast was one of the most unique desserts I’ve ever had. Overall had a wonderful meal in a wonderful space. Only thing is it is hard to find the place! There is no sign outside other than a small piece of cardboard that says Sunny’s on it. Some better signage would be helpful!

The service was quite slow, it took really long for the dishes to come out and by the time it did, some of them were cold. We got a bowl of rice and it took atleast 20 minutes to come to the table and by that time, most of the dishes were done.
