Food was delicious, well made, and we were absolutely stuffed after our meal. We were just two people and got 6 dishes plus dessert (even tho recommended was 3-5 dishes a la carte) but we were hungry, we ate so well and spent $190 with tips to our amazing service staff. The food quality was great and nostalgic, would definitely come back to try the other items or the chefs menu since it had some items that aren’t on the a la carte menu!

I made a last-minute date night reservation for my partner and me at Sunnys after hearing amazing things for years. We were seated at the bar (not normally my preference but I was thrilled to be accommodated). Our server was also a bartender and she took excellent care of us - very knowledgeable and vigilant of dietary restrictions (allergies for one of us, vegan for the other). My partner ordered the tasting menu, which had a great variety of food. They were able to do a tasting menu-style service for me as well and everything was delicious. The cocktails were excellent and watching our server/bartender at work was impressive. The manager stopped to ask about our meal which was lovely. All in all, a very successful date night and you can add me to the list of people singing praises for Sunnys.

Having lived in HK for 5yrs, entering Sunnys was reminiscent of eating out at some of the places tucked away in office buildings and down alleyways. Good set up inside, we sat at counter near kitchen but big tables looked fun for groups. Food was varied and delicious. Sichuan spice was perfect and thought squid was best dish. Good portions. Service attentive and friendly. Definitely going back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and really knew the menu/drinks inside and out and were able to make solid recommendations. Everything was so delicious and the cocktails were spectacular. Highly recommend!

Delicious dishes, great service and friendliness even from the chefs while sitting at the bar next to the kitchen. Dan Dan noodles blew our minds.

This is a definite must try! Incredible flavours. Amazing service. Very cool Kensington Market location! Highly recommend the Chef's choice option.

No signage , hard to fine .I’m sure the shop keepers near the business are sick of giving directions up this no descript hallway . Once there it was fun . .the orange chicken was very bland hardly any orange flavour. Dan Dan not spicy but nice ,salads nice .

Loved the orange chicken and dandan noodles, but the twice-cooked pork was a bit too salty for us. And if you visit Sunny’s, you MUST order their desserts!! The daily soft serve and Black Bird HK French toast were amazing!! The warm, sweet, nutty flavor of the toast with the cold, creamy soft serve on top was just… a sublime combination🤌✨ Definitely visiting again!🫶🏼❤️
