Sundy House was everything we expected and so much more!! I was able to get a reservation a few weeks before we arrived in Florida and I was NOT disappointed! Saturday brunch was delicious and our server was fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Atmosphere is best of any restaurant in South Florida.

However, menu is very limited and food is average.
It would be nice to be open for lunch weekdays - and more quality food.

What a lovely surprise! We had a romantic dinner in the gazebo surrounded by the beautiful garden and tiki torches. The food was wonderful. I had scallops and hubby had the lamb chops. Despite the fact that there was a party going the venue lent itself to quiet conversation which is hard to find in season in the heart of Delray Beach! We will return

Food was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. The setting is spectacular with the walk through the lush gardens so relaxing.

Everything went well and the place is breathtaking. It took a long time for the server to take the drink order but everything else moved smoothly after that. I was extremely disappointed by the fact that I had spoken to Sundy House and confirmed 2 days before that they were supposed to bring a birthday dessert to the table. Apparently, they forgot even though I had reminded them right before. No birthday dessert appeared. I was very disappointed by that.

Four of us dined. The outdoor grounds and atmosphere are very nice. We dined under a covered portico. An oscillating fan was blowing on our table and the waiter immediately turned it off at our request. The two diners who had shrimp and scallops were pleased with their meals. My wife had the lamb chops and was very much pleased. My duck dish was so-so but I enjoyed the risotto that accompanied it. Service was extremely slow. We waited almost 40 minutes for our drinks before dinner to arrive. The waiter was not as attentive as he could have been and also seemed to wreak of cigarette smoke when he leaned into the table at one point to clear some dishes. I may have been the only one who noticed since he was closest to me.
Overall, nice setting for alfresco dining. A bit pricey. Portion sizes or what we should all be eating; so no complaints from me on that point.

We love this place! The server was very attentive and we got the gazebo I requested which made this birthday celebration perfect. The food was so tasteful and presented artistically. We all enjoyed our meals immensely! We’ll definitely continue to go back to the Sundy House 🤗👍☯️

We were married at The Sundy House, so we go back on our Anniversary. It’s by far the most beautiful outdoor dining experience I’ve ever had...but the food is just ok. They put strange things together, a fruity salsa on Tuna? Chorizo and blueberry sauce on octopus? It’s just trying too hard to be fancy I think. They need a new chef and let the tuna and octopus be the star, not some fruity topping. I had the Cioppino as my main course. It was average. My husband had the cod which was the special. He said it was ok, felt like banquet food.
The place is gorgeous and romantic...they just need to work on the food and get a real chef.
