We have been here a few times before but was disappointed this time. The food was good but not outstanding. Especially fir the price. The crab was old. Just wasn’t the same. We hope it was just an “off” day

This was my second visit. By coincidence we had the same wonderful server as we had almost two months ago! Breanna (sp?) was so amazing that she remembered details from our first experience at Sundy House! I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious. The service is attentive without being obtrusive. The setting is something to be experienced. I look forward to trying their fabulous Sunday Brunch!

Although I’ve been having lunch here for years, I’ve never experienced The Sundy House’s Sunday brunch. WHAT WAS I THINKING!! I am going to go on record by saying that this was the best buffet brunch I have ever been to! The food selection was abundant, with one extravagant section after another.......fresh waffles, crepes, omelet station.........truffle fried chicken, rack of lamb, prime rib, chilled seafood bar (oysters, crab legs and more........charcuterie station, salad bar, make your own ice cream station mini cupcake station and my favorite.........wait for it........make your own Bloody Mary station with various spices, hot sauces, accoutrements galore and vodka freshly marinated with red bell peppers. Also, complements to Marco Schlenz, who was so attentive and hospitable with all of the restaurants patrons. He told us to try the baby cherry peppers because he said they were some of the best he’s ever tried. Marco took so much pride in the restaurant that I assumed he was the owner. Also, the service was exceptional. Our server took time to explain the buffet and encouraged us to to drink as many cocktails as we saw fit. NIIICE. Next time we’ll be going there for dinner so we can experience the beautiful candlelit gardens at night.

Food and service similar to Breaker Hotel in Palm Beach, Excellent at half the price. Brunch on Sunday cannot be beaten and highly recommend.

Raw seafood items were above an acceptable temperature. Service was minimal but polite. Omelette chef barely understood English and could not get the order correct. The price point was unreasonably high when compared to similarly priced venues, e.g. The Breakers.

We loved everything about this place! The service was outstanding! The raw oyster bar was to die for, my husband was in heaven! I loved the crepe station and bottomless bellinis, what a treat! We cannot wait to return next year!

We took my sister to Sundy House for the Sunday Brunch Buffet to celebrate her birthday. The hostess gave us a lovely table next to a wall of glass overlooking beautiful foliage surrounding a koi-filled pond. Everything was perfect, the selection of food items, the service, music and ambience of the Sundy House, all of which keep us returning.

We were there celebrating a birthday. This is the second time we had reservations for dinner while the restaurant was hosting a wedding. All efforts were put towards making the wedding amazing, however it left the service lacking for regular dinning guests.

While the place is beautiful the food is mediocre, nothing special. It was fine but for those prices you’d expect more. It was my second time, for a special celebration, and thought the same thing last time. I do think it’s outrageous to charge for parking $7. I was there for a Saturday brunch.

From the reception to the conclusion, this was truly a great experience. The staff, was VERY attentive, and truly paid attention to detail. The only issue we had was not controllable. The outdoor elements attract mosquitoes due to the large ponds of water. If you elect to sit outside, do yourself a favor and use a repellent on your legs if you opt to wear a dress or shorts. The gazebos are equipped with ceiling fans, so it helps to deter the insects, but we still went home with smiles on our faces....and bites on our legs.

The experience was the most fantastic time (dining) I have ever had. This was the second time I was there for the Sunday buffet. The service was out of this world ...thought I was the only one there. The Raw bar was super. While the price was on the heavy side it was well worth it. We plan on going every chance we get ....

I have eaten all over the world and this is by far the best buffet, or restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of .
Please take advantage of it ... you will not be disappointed !!

Went for mother in laws brunch. We ate outside. The extensive tree cover, water and gazebo with fan kept the temperature down until it really started to bake late in the afternoon. Definitely a top 10 brunch in South Florida (Miami to Palm Beach)

Without a doubt, the most incredible dining experience here in Delray. We were told it was a must, but no one told us about the backyard. Absolutely amazing. As the sun went down it became even more unique.....and a romantic setting.
Then came the food and we were again in awe. We each ordered a different special and we were not disappointed. There was not one thing we would change..... from the greeting, the staff, the food, the price and the surprise of beautiful vegetation in the backyard this is a must. Thank you for giving us a fabulous evening. See you again

this brunch was delightful...The staff was very welcoming.. very pleasant... our server was not super attentive.. kind of disappeared.. we had to ask someone putting chairs away if we could have coffee.. but perhaps she wasn’t feeling well.
The food.. a nice spread.. You don’t leave hungry for sure!

The setting at Sundy House is exquisite and charming. The food served for Sunday brunch was delicious and varied, and our server Matthew provided exceptional and very professional service. Sundy House is a unique property and is perfect for sharing a tropical dining experience with out-of-town guests. It is beautifully landscaped and on a cool day or night, it is a real treat to dine outside. When it's hot, stay inside and enjoy the a/c!!

Ambiance was amazing as the grounds are beautiful and unique. We were there for father's day brunch so we were expecting rushed service, however our waitstaff was not very engaged or attentive--somewhat aloof. Other staff on the grounds was nice though. We were expecting a bit better quality of food but it wasn't that bad. The eggs benedict bread was not very good and the salmon was ok. The bread pudding was amazing. Overall the place was so quaint that we may go back for regular brunch and give it one more try.

Very disappointing. Restaurant had a wedding party and so had closed off most of their dining rooms. Seated in what could be described as a basement décor. No ambiance. When expressed my disappointment was told by management 'you should ask us if we have a wedding before you make your reservation'. They called me three times to have me confirm my reservation but at no time mentioned the party and closing of their "nice" dining spaces. Too many choices to dine at to patronize a place that has such a poor regard for their patrons. I understand why there were only 3 other occupied tables on a Saturday night. If this is typical their long ago earned reputation will not last long.

for real a mango fell and hit me in the head and shoulder, I spoke with the manager and I thought is response was proper, but you really need to trim every mango---if an 80 yt old or very young individual was hit like I was, it could present a Hugh problem for your establishment. no problem from me but it was a hard hit
