    Everything that we had was absolutely delicious and the staff so attentive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more. We had a group of 8 and everyone was so kind to us and made the experience so memorable and fun!

    Remarkable food, everything we ordered was beyond expectations! When visiting a city with so many wonderful restaurants to visit, I will certainly go back to this one!

    The service is beyond attentive throughout the entire meal. The food is perfectly proportioned to the table so you don’t need to limit variety for fear of waste. A bit loud if you have 5+ people that expect to hear conversation across the table. That said, it seemed to work well for for those friends/couples who don’t mind cozying up to have more intimate conversations. Overall a lively atmosphere that works for everyone because the food and service overshadows the noise by FAR.

    Highly recommended from a friend but overall was average. Service was not good at all. Spicy edamame was delicious. Pad Thai and tuna rolls just ok Very loud also

    Easily my favorite restaurant in the chicago, it’s perfect for some good bites with a friend or a whole experience and party with a group. Never skip out on the tuna crispy rice!! Tried the tuna truffle pizza this time around and easily my new favorite thing I’ve ever eaten. Sake nigiri was perfect and fresh as always. Our server was the sweetest person as well!

    We started with a slight problem with service when we apparently did not have a server assigned to our table so our order was served a bit out of order, but we did have a wonderful dinner which is what mattered most as it was my belated birthday dinner and Sunda was my choice. The menu is so extensive, if you can't decide I can recommend what we have enjoyed on our visits - the crispy rice or wok seared shishito peppers as a starter, the sushi rolls are always excellent with the freshest seafood in a generous portion (last night's choice was the spicy tuna), the salmon entree, pad Thai, a platter of grilled vegetables as an entree for vegetarians served with brown rice and over the most delicious curry sauce we've tasted yet. Both our starting server and the server who did take over once it had been placed in the kitchen, were both so very pleasant and made us feel welcome as guests. As a gracious gesture to thank us for being patient, our server offered a complimentary dessert which we thought we didn't have room for after such a filling meal, but one taste of the moist mound of cornbread with toasted coconut flakes and an amazing glaze proved irresistible and indulged with pleasure. Wonderful team at River North from hosts to the entire staff of servers, outstanding food, and a great energy from the full house of happy guests made our experience 5 star and we'll be back soon. Thank you!

    The service was impeccable with enough of explaining what was popular and the whereabouts of how the food was prepared. For the Steamed Bun Pork Belly Dish, half of it was moist and the the other half was dry.
