   One of the best places to enjoy delicious food at Falls Creek. Great atmosphere, delicious menu and choice of options. 5 star service and food.

   We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Summit Ridge before and we certainly weren’t disappointed. We opted for the 5 course degustation with matching wines and the food and wines were exceptional. Well matched and very tasty. The service staff were friendly, prompt and were able to explain the menu items and wine with proficiency. The restaurant was cosy and has a lovely ambience, made more so by the rain squalls outside. We arrived during a lull in the rain and managed to time our departure during a lull as well. There was space to safely hang our coats and we were accommodated by the wait staff. Summit Ridge is one of our favourite dining establishments at Falls Creek and rightly so.

   Our 4 yo guest was greeted with colouring pictures and textas as well as a comprehensive children's menu which was timed as he needed it. Our Fodmap guest was also informed discreetly of options for her particular needs. Thank you for making a rare family outing special.

   It’s my favourite restaurant at falls creek. We had dinner two nights in a row - confit duck, beef ragu gnocchi, Pan fried barramundi, mushroom & truffle oil pappardelle all outstanding - highly recommend and panna cotta, brownie & affrogato desserts. I love staying & dining here. Breakfast is also perfect before a day out on the slopes. Ana and the team are amazing and hospitality is second to none.

   The food was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. What also made it perfect was it was snowing outside, and we had a nice open fireplace next to where we were seated. It was just perfect.

   Fine dining on the mountain at its finest! We make sure to eat here every year and it never fails to disappoint. The atmosphere is so comfy, never too loud and very well appointed. Food is beyond great. The flavours the Chef combines leaves you wanting more, and we have never been disappointed in all our visits to this great establishment. Highly recommend it for special occasions, or for lovers of great Australian cuisine

   We had dinner here twice in three nights. The first night was 10/10, the second night was 8.5/10 BUT that was the last night of the season and we understand there would be a bit of a dip - still great though! And if we hadn't had the 10/10 night we'd probably have felt it was a 9.5/10 even on the last night. Definitely recommend! The scallops were amazing as was the eye fillet, the roast potatoes and the fried kale. The deserts are very niche .. certainly more unique and interesting flavours, but if you're really into that kind of thing, give it a try. Pricing is great - especially considering it's on the mountain!!!
