I made a reservation at this restaurant and when I walked in I kindly said “hi I have a reservation for two” and was told very rudely that they “do not take reservations” and I had “no idea what I was talking about” and then proceeded to question me. I was then walked to a table and a manger yelled to me and my sister as we were being escorted to a table “where do you think you’re going”. My sister and I decided we did not feel safe or comfortable at this restaurant because the staff was so incredibly rude. Airports are chaotic enough, you should be able to walk into a restaurant and not feel attacked and be able to sit down and enjoy a meal during a layover. I will never go to the airport restaurant again and I hope whoever reads this has a staff meeting and gets their team together… disgraceful.
