Great menu and choices for everyone. We enjoyed our selections.
Great food! Soup dumplings are unmatched. Best Chinese in Dallas, TX!
Food and service is always great here! Best Chinese in DFW
The food was great but the service was definitely lacking. They seemed very disorganized. Our server had someone help her bring food out and that person barely spoke above a whisper when announcing our dishes, then seemed annoyed that we didn't hear them. I might try this place again if I'm in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.
Our hostess seated us at the back of the restaurant while walking pass a number of available tables. The wait staff for our table was the bartender. We did not like this so we asked to move to a different table. We were moved immediately and after that the service was fabulous.
impromptu 50th birthday dinner with friends. Service was fun and on point.
Can’t wait till I go back. Food was awesome and service A1!
Took a while to get service. Once we did, he was good. Lots of severs hanging out by the bar (and our table) loudly chatting.
The soup dumplings are really good. Also the hand-pulled noodles are yummy and tasty.
Not that dang good Chinese. Would go somewhere else
Good very good
Service was good but distracted
I made a reservation for 8:00 I told the hostess I wanted to sit inside. I think she forgot about us so I had to go ask for a set 30 minutes later which made the entire experience rushed.
Best Chinese I've had in Dallas. The music was a bit loud, but not overwhelming.
We had a great dinner with friends sitting outside on the covered patio! The food was delicious!
Food was ok.
I really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was good, some items could have been a little hotter in temperature like the eqq drop soup. But the entrees were fantastic.
The waiter/bartender was outstanding.
Very loud. At times it was hard to hear the server.
We chose to eat indoors as the outdoor tables made it too loud for us to really converse over loads of people and music. Service was excellent and came for the steamed dumplings. They did not disappoint. Also ordered so veggie lo mein noodles (the wide flat ones). My friend loved her Mao’s Pork (pork belly).
Casual place in Trinity Groves, it was ok
Main dishes were the best part of the meal. Service was terrible. Several other guests around our table also received poor service.
The food was mediocre & the service was very slow
Very basic "white-washed" Chinese food and small portions, would not recommend if you want value for money. I read it in other reviews and feel bad saying it, Pei Wei or your neighborhood Chinese take-out place is much better to visit. Service was spotty but it was Mother's Day and very busy.
Food was great! Waiter took to long to come to our table amd took our order wrong. The place is nice and would come back for the food.
Everything was very average ...chinese even cheap chinese is typically flavorful. This wasn’t up to Panda Express taste standards much less authentic Chinese restaurants.
Alway delicious and never disappointing! Soup dumplings!!!!!
We were being rushed out by staff and it made for an uncomfortable situation.
Some very good dishes (Xiao long bao, Sichuan wontons) amid an at-times hit or miss menu.
Delicious as always! We love the dumplings and amazing cocktails!
Chicken was tough in my Sesame Chicken entree’. For the price I paid, I expected more.
The food and cocktails were amazing and we loved sitting outside on the patio!
I made a reservation on Open Table for 2 a couple of hours before we wanted dinner. I was looking forward to trying this place. There were a lot of options for reservation times. We showed up for our reservation and they wanted to seat us in front of the door where the wait staff and others were in and out constantly and it was quite chilly that night. There was constant in and out of the doors. I asked to move to another table. She took us to the other side with the exact same situation just on the opposite side of the bar. There were other tables open that were two tops pushed together to make a 4 top. I asked about those and the hostess said those were saved for people with reservations.
I HAD A FLIPPIN RESERVATION! I couldn't deal with the lack of customer service so we left. And you know what, that hostess couldn't have cared less. I will never ever go back nor will I recommend. I'm sorry for the owner who hired those who do not look out for their business. Maybe they didn't need my business. Which is good since they'll never get it.
Randomly discovered this place on Open Table when in Dallas for a trip. Delicious Chinese food! Be sure to order the dumplings as an appetizer. We loved them. Also there’s a ton of outdoor dining. Highly recommend this place!
Very good atmosphere. Waiter was very attentive and checked back. The food arrived timely and hot! The drinks were a great designer cocktail. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Can't wait to return!
The best Chinese food I’ve had in the metroplex. Not very traditional food, but American Chinese type food. Service is good, it’s a fairly casual place. Food will knock your socks off the pineapple fried rice and orange chicken are to die for.
Great Food, ambiance was amazing on the patio.
First time being there they brought all our dishes different times, not to mention one of our dishes was wrong. Forgot my Husbands jack and coke but when they brought it to us finally it was extremely strong he just couldn’t enjoy. We didn’t bother asking to keep fixing the order cause we were just hungry and frustrated they kept messing our order up. Although the food was excellent, just not the experience of dining in, just take it to go.
Seriously great service. Staff in a good mood and very friendly. Food was excellent as usual.
Favorite Chinese in dallas
Food tasted great. Proportions of the dumplings were fair for the price. Keep in mind, I had a table of 7 so we had to order many plates for the dumplings. The size of the entree proportions weren’t as big as we were expecting from what our server told us. We ordered 3 entrees with an impression that they would be big enough to share family-style like other Asian restaurants. Left feeling not hungry long enough but definitely not stuffed. The vibe of the place was chaotic with how busy it was. When entrees came out, we ordered more rice for everyone to pair with our food, but by the time we reminded the server and more rice was brought out, almost everyone was finished with their meals.
Super nice staff! Food was delicious and drinks were Good!!!
Food is good. Terry, our server, was great. The prices are high.
