   Great food as always! The portion sizes are really good value - finally a place that charges customers for the right amount of food. The food is a feast for all the senses. The hospitality is really great with hosts checking in multiple times through the meal to ensure we had everything we needed. Got a share platter for 2 and a few other apps that was more than enough food for 3 people.

   Food is good, service is good, busy place and you need reservation. Prices on the high end for certain items. Drinks are good as well. Overall good experience if you don’t mind the noise and the packed restaurant.

   The reason for the poor rating is the horrible customer service received today. After 30 minutes of placing the order, the server came back and stated that they’re out of the chicken Adana. I had to order a substitute that I didn’t really want. Then we asked for kazandibi for take out with our bill.. 10 minutes later, a different server brings it to our table. After that the main server, comes back and brings it asking if we had intiialy asked for take out. lol. If that wasn’t bad enough, we waited and waited for our bill. Didn’t leave a tip and resto didn’t offer anything complimentary. Never dining there again.

   We have visited this restaurant many times. Food is delicious. Very happy. Strongly recommended this place. You won’t be disappointed.

   We had a great experience at Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine. The seating was good, food was great, though a few dessert items we requested were not available. Service was good, just had a few different ppl taking care of us so was unsure who our assigned server was. Would definitely visit again.
