The service was very poor but not because of our waiter. You could tell that food was backed up in the kitchen. I had ordered are used as Rockefeller and when my waiter went to retrieve them, he was told that they were given to another customer. They were out of many items on the menu. Would not recommend them to anyone from our experience

One person in my party ordered a 6oz filet MW and I ordered the 8oz NY Strip MR. He received a filet MR and I received a filet MW. Other that that the food and service were great. We will be back.

Best place to Celebrate Mother's Day. My wife was touched by the Rose presentation. Of course, she had the Filet Mignon and I had the must scrumptious Rack of Lamb that took me to heights of great satisfaction. Our server was a young lady that was Awesome in how she took care of us. Her name is Aryana (hopefully spelling is correct). We give her an A++. In fact, all staff members is what makes Sullivan's our go to.

Overall, the experience was acceptable, but not worthy of us returning for another try. Some things were very good; some were below average for a restaurant of this type. The maitre d' desk seemed to be disorganized with 3 employees negotiating in a tug of war how each party was to be seated. When we were seated, the tablecloth was soiled and we asked to have it replaced. We were immediately seated at a nearby table. The bread was exceptional. Our server seemed very nice, but inexperienced and mixed up a couple of things on our order, which she rectified. I ordered the shrimp and lobster bisque and for the main course the scallops. The bisque wasn't any better than what i could have gotten from Campbell's soup out of a can. The scallops were tender and very tasty -- the best I've ever had. My wife ordered caesar salad and a rib-eye steak cooked medium. The salad was very good. The rib-eye was cooked well done, but because of the very long wait for our main course, we elected not to send it back. (The couple at the next table ordered their steak medium and it was also well-done). The creme brûlée was way below average, and we mentioned that to our server, and she deducted it from our bill without our asking. When our bill came, some of the items were priced higher than what we recollected from the menu pricing, and some were correct. We were puzzled why such a nice restaurant with higher than average prices had so many inconsistencies, but since we seem to get more bang for the buck elsewhere, that's what we'll plan to do.

First I would like to say that it was great to be able to make reservations with OpenTable on-line. We were seated in less that 5 minutes after we arrived (a few minutes before our reservations). It was a very nice meal, accompanied with great service.. Thank you.

The service was very slow despite the restaurant not being very busy at all. After we were seated, it took almost 15 minutes for the server to even greet us. The food was decent but the service would probably prevent me from going back to this location again.

Ordered dozen oysters on the half shell and they were obviously shucked well in advance of serving, they were served sideways on a bit of ice so that all the liquor drained off and they were clearly bad. Also sat outside which felt like dining in a parking lot. The inside looked much more inviting.

Asked for a quiet booth and was seated next to noisy kitchen. And for the first time EVER was not seated within a couple of minutes of reservation time with Open Table. Took 20 minutes to be seated. Food was middle of the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience!! The service was amazing!! The beef Wellington bites melted in your mouth and the sauce was delicious!! The steaks were amazing along with the garlic mashed potatoes. Key lime pie was extremely tart and very tasty!! It was our anniversary and they made it a very nice evening from the heart confetti on the table to the hand written card and wishing us a Happy Anniversary in a sauce on the dessert plate!!! I definitely recommend this place and would come here again!!

The waitress was not very friendly and was not very helpful as far as Dinner and drink suggestions. when she brought the knives to the table she accidentally stabbed my friend in the arm with the tip of the knife. We must have waited at least an hour and a half to get our food and it was not very tasteful.

A pesar de que fuimos casi los primeros visitantes el lugar no estaba muy limpio, había basura en el piso. Los vasos tampoco lucían muy limpios. No tenían refresco de cola, ni la cerveza que ofrecieron, tuvimos que esperar a que consiguieran el refresco. La calidad de los alimentos en general bien aunque en otras ocasiones ha estado mejor.

THE HOSTESS, A LADY WITH SHORT BLOND HAIR AND SHORT IN STATURE WAS RUDE AND PLAYED THIS POWER GAME MAKING ME WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES TELLING ME A TABLE WAS BEING PREPARED, THEN SAT ME A TABLE THAT I COULD SEE WHILE WAITING THAT WAS ALREADY PREPARED. WHAT POWER GAME IS SHE PLAYING? WHILE WAITING A PARTY OF 4 CAME IN, SHE TOLD THEM THEY WERE 30 MINUTES LATE AND WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES (MEANWHILE TABLES WERE OPEN WHERE THEY COULD HAVE BEEN SEATED AND YOUR RESTAURANT WAS ABOUT 1/3 FULL AT 7 PM) BUT THE PARTY LEFT DISGUSTED. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO SULLIVANS.

They were out of 3 different whiskeys, 3 different food options- even Gorgonzola cheese. It was rather disappointing to order and hear “we don’t have that multiple times”. I understand supply chain issues but this felt over the top. I was sad.

Sullivan’s never disappoints. The food is excellent: our steak is always cooked to perfection. There’s never a problem sharing dishes, as we’re not large portion eaters. Wine selection is not extensive but adequate, and prices are in line for what you get. COVID stretched service personnel, and things are just getting back to normal. It’s always quiet enough to be able to carry on a private conversation without feeling like you’re speaking too loudly or anyone else is listening, We don’t eat out a lot, so Sullivan’s is always a staple for a nice dinner every couple of months.

The steaks were poor quality. They cooked them perfectly, but my ribeye was still tough. My dining companion’s filet was also not as tender as we have always had in the past at Sullivans. Because they have been excellent every single time before, we will definitely be giving them another chance. I just hope for a return to excellence on our next visit.

We have dined here a couple of times. It is very elegant but not where you can't dress very casually. Especially favorite for special occasions. Food and service was great, however, it seemed like our waiter became a little overwhelmed with a demanding customer in the next booth by us. We were happy so it was all good.

On Service - Really nice people and wait staff - however service was not paced well - server was attentive, then when we were to get the bill, it took over 20min to just check out. On Food - it was ok…steak (ribeye) was decent - tougher then I expected for what I have had in the past and a number of connective tissues that ran through the cut and were not able to be eaten. It was cooked as asked, maybe a little on the done side - but was ok overall. Dining Area - Was clean - but the temp was hot…my wife and I were both sweating in our seats. Overall - OK…but prob would not go back. There are a lot of steak places and Sullivan’s needs to pick up the quality a bit more.

Good overall. Server busy, did not check back often. Three of our steaks were not as great as expected, but not enough to return. Next time, will likely return. Two were dry, filet mignon overcooked. Key lime pie tasted more like lemon than lime. Tasty, but was looking forward to lime taste. Ambience is good, liked where we sat. Bar looks nice, restricted day/hours for happy hour.

The food here was fantastic. Once we got it. And once they corrected it. Despite the issues, what finally came out of the kitchen was awesome. The steaks had good flavor. The sea bass was cooked perfectly (the first time). Our apps came after the salad. My steak was way way over cooked but was perfect the second time. Coffee and dessert came out cold the first time but perfect the second time too. Clearly there are some issues in the kitchen as many restaurants are experiencing now. If you have the time and patience today for the wait the food is definitely worth it.
