    Absolutely loved the customer service. We went for our anniversary and placed rose petals on our table. Greeted us with Happy Anniversary. Complimentary champagne. And tended to us constantly in a timely manner. We enjoyed all of the food except for my wife's crab stuffed shrimp. They could have used more seasoning

    A consistently great place for steak and fish. The service is attentive yet respectful. Highly recommend the Rib Eye, New York, Ahi Tuna and Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster. Ok - haven't had an item on their menu so far that isn't great. Appreciate the acknowledgement of our anniversary.

    Delicious large porterhouse for my husband and scallops with asparagus risotto for me. They were both delicious and a very good margarita! Our waiter was great.

    2 days prior to or reservation my husband and I had taken my brother to Longhorn for lunch. I had their 6oz fillet which was wonderful but a bit too much for me to eat so I took rest home. When we got to Sullivan's I decided to try the Pre Fix menu which also had a fillet. The fillet was fine but not at all like the Longhorn fillet. The next day I had my husband blindly taste the 2 leftover fillets. Like me, he preferred the Longhorn fillet. I was really disappointed that Sullivan's, a higher end restaurant food was of lesser quality than Longhorn, a middle range restaurant. When discussing our experience with friends and family they all agreed Sullivan's is a poor excuse for a high-end restaurant.

    This was our first time at the Tucson Sullivans. We had gone to the Anchorage one years ago so we’re anticipating excellent food and that’s what we got. Everything was delicious from the salad and soup to the filets and ribeye and of course the desserts. Service was very slow but it wasn’t the servers fault. They must have been missing some workers as the manager was pitching in as well. If it hadn’t been for that and waiting until after my salad to get the martini I ordered this would have been a 5 star review

    Celebrating 39th wedding anniversary. It was a pleasant evening, the food was delicious server appeared over whelmed… nice gentleman. We somehow missed getting our Happy Anniversary plate with our dessert. Server didn’t ask or congratulate us. Noticed and heard others around us being congratulated. We did mention it on our reservations and the hostess mentioned it and congratulated us as we checked in. Little things like this make a difference.

    great steak house doing almost everything right. steaks are good, just found mine to be bland (s&p needed) but good. we’ll run place.
