    We were really disappointed with our experience. While our server was very nice, I think he was just too busy to give proper care. Our food took a very long time and was not prepared as requested. No one checked on us so we weren’t able to send it back or give any feedback. One person was only able to eat a few bites of their meal because it was so bad. Yet we still paid the full price. We told the server it was an edible and he didn’t even try to make it right. Our drinks were empty for most of the meal. Tucson has so many great eateries. We will definitely not return to this one.

    We would have given a five in all categories except my steak was not served when it was taken off the grill because it was Luke warm when it was served. We were greeted by the host who saw we had a disability and seated us as close as possible to avoid any unnecessary walking. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and the restaurant. He was friendly, very inviting and attentive. He made us feel very comfortable and important as out of town guests.

    We had a nice dinner bc it was a graduation dinner. But service was very slow. And we got potatoes at gratin that were completely cold. They microwaved the same dish for us instead of bringing a new one and they were awful and still cold in the center. We told the server but they were still on our bill. Usually Sullivan's will do something nice to the dessert if they know you are celebrating a special occasion and they didn't do that.
