The noise from the bar was so loud in the dinning room that we could not hear each other. They were out of some of the desserts and the cut of steak my husband ordered, they upgraded him which we thought was nice, only to be charged for it! Also not impressed with their wine selection, they only offer two brands by the glass. In addition my husband ordered a martini that did not come, while being served our main course he cancelled it. The server acted like it was no big deal. We will not be going back.

We dined for my husbands and daughter-in-laws birthdays. The noise lever was unreal due to one party that was so loud you could not hear across our table. I don't know what the restaurant could have done differently but there should be some code when big parties are booked that makes it so the rest of the restaurant is not disturbed! The food was excellent as usual and the service awesome but the noise is unacceptable.

This review won't matter because the restaurant is closing at the end of the month (March, 2017). Service was the best part of the evening. Steaks came under-cooked; the waitress was fine with taking them back. The steamed broccoli was just this side of raw.

Everything was perfect, salad well dressed, steak a true medium rare, scalloped potatoes rich and flavorful and the bananas foster, just too good! We're so sad to see you go, hopefully, soon in Bellevue!

Sullivan's is an awesome place, with great food and excellent service. It's a shame that the minimum wage is causing Sullivan's to close at the end of March.

Normally I would not fill this out but yesterdays Fish & Chis was truly the worst Fish & Chips I have EVER had. Normally the fish should be flaky. I have no idea what type of fish it was (almost thinking tilapia) but it was deep fried mush.
Just wanted you to know because I eat there often & that does your reputation ZERO good!

All three steaks we ordered were the wrong temperature. We didn't receive the lobster tail we ordered. The sweet potato casserole was not hot. Management was quick to make things right, but I can't afford those kinds of dining experiences. I frequent El Gaucho and Ruth's Chris.

I loved the food, the ambiance was pleasant with low lighting and our server was friendly. The food is pretty expensive, so be ready to spend somewhere around 180.00 for two, if you planning on having a drink and a meal. I ordered the steak salad and if you love deviled eggs you should definitely try it!

My friend and I both had the Thai Steak Salad. The steak was cooked to perfection for both of us. However, the salad: not so much. Instead of it appearing like a steak salad, the steak (nice and warm) was on one side and the salad on the other. The salad was stone cold -- as if it were taken right out of the refrigerator already tossed. For the prices they charge, the salad should be made when ordered and at room temperature.

My steak was just a little overdone. The waitress offered to take it back and I refused because it was perfectly fine. A few minutes later the manager came to our table with another perfectly cooked steak. They had the chance to do nothing but took action anyway to make sure my experience was great. A nice surprise and great customer service.

Jose was our server and did a fabulous job in making sure our dinner was perfect before our show at the theater. The rose petals for Valentine's day and the photo were very special, and made mine and my wife's dinner at our favorite restaurant exceptional! Thank you Jose!
Scarlet was attentive to our table as the manager, and all of the other servers who assisted in the bread, the water, the dirty dishes, etc. were very pleasant, well groomed, helpful, polite, always with on eye on our table to meet any need we may have had.
See you again, and say hello to Aylia (she managed my Mother's 90th birthday celebration back in November which was a superior experience for all whom attended!). You all are super-great!

Great service and fantastic food! We both had the filet and it was amazing!! Perfectly seasoned and seared, cooked perfectly and one of the best flavored filets I've had in a long time. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, polite but not stuffy and always had a smile. It was my husband's birthday and they took a picture of us with our desserts and then presented him with a signed card with the picture - so sweet!!

The only negative was the music in the bar - while it was good music, it was quite loud and the bar is close to the restaurant portion so it was difficult to have a conversation. That is the only reason I rated the ambience lower - otherwise the ambience was perfect for a steakhouse. Also for us, the value & cost seemed pretty normal for the type of food and the restaurant. But for others, they might find it too expensive.

This restaurant had every opportunity to be a very romantic venue however the 80's music was in direct contrast to that setting. The music was the only dichotomy as the foood, the staff and decor were appealing.
