Food took an hour to come out and was undercooked.

wonderful staff. dine here often, the service staff really complete the quality from the kitchen.

Steaks were the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Cooked just as we ordered and very tender. Sides and dessert were great.

My dad’s 75th birthday

Went there for the first and there will be many more to come. The steaks were amazing. They were well cooked, perfect seasoning and tasted great! The dessert selection was limited but they all tasted great. We ordered numerous ones to share with the table. As for the sides- we ordered the brussel sprouts, garlic mash potatoes and asparagus- all were great! Steven was awesome. He was very attentive, gave us some good recommendations and provided some entertainment for the table. One of my sons asked when he was going back and he wanted to see how we can get Steven to be our server the next time we were there. Definitely the best steakhouse that I have had in the area and would go back in a heartbeat.

I came there to celebrate my birthday. Dale McCumber was the gentleman who served my bodyguard and me. Yes, I have a bodyguard and he was the person who was available to help me celebrate the event. Dale quickly tuned into our desire to have fun and enjoy the meal. Even though the tab might have been a bit high for some - I was eager to have my bodyguard taste and consume the best. We had all of the 4 courses one can consume - if one includes the pre and post meal drinks one could count 5 / 6 courses; we had dessert as well.

My bodyguard said he had never had a meal like that in his life. I am thankful I was able to provide him this gift on my birthday.

I have been to Sullivan’s before. I knew the food would be good. Yet the service and the kindness given by Dale made it great.

Great food and great service

Really good overall, service was excellent and atmosphere was good. Steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides : Brussel sprouts and garlic mash were also good. Desert was excellent: key lime pie. It’s a little pricey but a good dinner. I will be back, just not real soon due to I think this being a bit overpriced, but a very good experience.

Food and service was great! This was our first visit and will definitely be returning. The food was very flavorful.

We had our 1st wedding anniversary there and it was so wonderful. They had rose petals on the table when we got there, our waitress was amazing, they took a picture of us on their camera, printed it and put it in a handwritten card. Also, gave us a complimentary dessert that was so delicious. Service and food was amazing! Highly recommend.

First time and they exceeded my expectations! I would rank Sullivan's in my top three steak restaurants I've visited in the country which are some of the best! Garrett did a fantastic job taking care of our table and his recommendations for drinks, appetizers, entrees, sides and deserts were all spot on! Had a great dinner at Sullivan's. The service was excellent, the food was great (filet mignon cooked perfectly, asparagus wasn't the best, but the steak more than made up for it), and the ambiance was well worth the price of the meal, which was a good value. Now, the lemon drop martinis... they were SUPERB! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, and look forward to returning.

For a high end steakhouse, one would think that they ciuld get steak temperature correct. The medium rare filet was barely pink while the medium one had a cool red center. If sent back no one would be eating at the same time. Very dissapointing. With restricted numbers not one of the three managers working the room stopped by. Nowhere close to where they were 10 years ago.

1st time we’ve been in a few years. Great experience-food was delicious (lobster and strip steak, asparagus, salads). Pineapple infused martinis were as good as we remembered. Dale was a great server and ambiance was terrific. Can’t wait to go back when erring the Raleigh area again!!

The dinner was good but they weren’t participating in triangle restaurant week. I made our reservation online expecting them to be participating like they have for the past few years.

My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday & the atmosphere was.very romantic soft and elegant & had dinner it was very good food. Try their new cheese burger egg rolls they were delicious. I received a free birthday dessert. Thank you Sullivan’s for helping me make my birthday Amazing!!!

We were seated quickly. Waiter was friendly, personable and helpful. We never had to request beverages to be replenished. The food was good. Each of us had steaks. It was cooked appropriately, but the seasoning was little heavy, very salty. The experience was good overall, but not quite worth the price.

Asked for medium land but was served rare land. Sent back and second was cooked perfectly. Seafood was perfect. Service was mediocre. We were not served in the order we sat down. Waitress seemed unconcerned about service or undercooked food.

Lamb ordered medium but was cooked rare. Sent it back to be cooked to medium. Seafood tower was excellent. Service was below expectations. Waitress walked past us for about 10-15 minutes before acknowledging us. We ordered everything because we we’re sure when she would return. Another table also noted how they and we were ignored for a table that was seated after both of us. Waitress brought one entree and side. Had to wait another 5-10 minutes for our other entree. Not sure why they weren’t all brought at the same time or why there was a wait for the other entree. Bananas foster bread pudding with ice cream dessert was great.

The wait was humiliating even with reservations! I had 9 people and no ones water or drinks stayed full. We had to ask more than 4 times for service even before the food was ordered. Some received drinks while others sat and waited. We had to ask for silverware and even though they was told it was my birthday I was the last to receive my food which was burnt! They didn’t bring my sides and I had to share food off others plates til they brought my aged season steak out! Then the busboy Brock some glass next to our table which shattered all over our food and drinks on the table !!! Only to just walk away without saying anything to us!
