Sullivans Omaha never disappoints. I had a small business dinner here and the service was outstanding, the food consistently delicious and the value menu offered during January was a special surprise.

out of Fl crabs - super large party cleaned them out; very disappointing. One of the reasons we picked Sullivans since they carry the seasonal FL crabs. Our meal was good though.

I have been to 801 Chophouse, Prime, Mahogany's, Spencer's - overall, this was very equivalent. Price was expensive, but they had good selection on their limited holiday menu. The service was good, but the staff were running around a lot and they didn't seem to give much personalized service for such a nice restaurant. Also, our waitress didn't know the drink menu well. Though she was very polite and found out information we asked. The meal itself was excellent. There were raves about the lobster bisque, both the filets and the steak, plus the brussel sprouts. The only down side was that the cheesecake was dry, but otherwise, we thought the meal was top notch. If you want a nice restaurant with some flair - Sullivan's hit the mark. I think had it not been such a busy night we would have had better service. Be prepared for price, much like the other fine steak houses - even with pre-set menu, it was $250 for two people. I would try it again.

Four friends went to Sullivan's for our annual Christmas dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was wonderful and surpassed only by the charming young lady that was our waitress for the evening-Catalina.

We had drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert and everything was exceptional. I would recommend Sullivan's to anyone looking for an up-scale steak house in Omaha.

My husband and I ate here a few years ago and were not impressed. We received a gift card so decided to give it another chance. We had a wonderful dinner. We both chose the $44 prix fixe meal with a salad, steak, potatoes, and dessert. All the items were delicious. My husband ordered medium rare and I ordered medium steaks. We think they switched our steaks but we easily just swapped with one another. I wish the bernaise sauce was served warm but the steak was nice and hot so I was fine with it. Last time we dined here it was very loud. Not this time. We had a great bottle of wine and wonderful quiet conversation. We will now go back. The service was wonderful all around.

We came for a post theater dinner. The ambiance is very true to traditional steakhouses such as Brennan's Steakhouse in New Orleans. Service was excellent. We chose the prix fixe menu as it was an affordable way to include appetizer, side dish and dessert. The rest of the menu is a la carte. The bread was wonderful. We loved all of the food, well made and thoughtful. Excellent Key Lime pie.

If you are going to the Orpheum for a show, Sullivan's is the ideal location. You can find the ideal parking place, walk a block or two to Sullivan's have a wonderful dinner and then walk three blocks to the Orpheum. I don't regret much about my decision to retire, but I really miss having lunch and the Blue Cheese meatloaf at Sullivan's. If at all practical have an office lunch downstairs and take a tour of their wine room

Thought I was invisible when we first arrived. Hostess never acknowledged we were there for 10 minutes! Mashed potatoes were cold and lacked flavor. For the price I expected more. I can't afford to give it a second try.

Took 23 minutes for server to come to table after being seated. We had 90 minutes for dining to get to a show and communicated that. Should have been plenty of time. Wine came AFTER salads. Steaks came and were given to wrong person (one medium and one medium rare). No sides. Sides took another 10 minutes and only after we asked about them. Asked for check and that took a long time as well. Almost missed the show. Will never go back.

We had high hopes for our date night once in three months with two little kids at home, however we were quite disappointed. The hostess and waitress never once said please or thank you, seemed irritated toward their guests, and the waitress slapped my husband's silverware as she removed it from the table between courses. We were being very kind to her.
The salmon was nothing special, the crab/shrimp soup had one nickel sized piece of crab in it, and the asparagus was steamed and set on the plate with a grilled lemon... hardly a $44 meal. The cheesecake was homemade but very dense and therefore not exceptional tasting in any way.
The cocktails were very weak in alcohol content and the waitress never once checked on us during our meal.
My husband's steak was lovely but the au gratin potatoes that came with his meal were stone cold, as if out if the refrigerator. We flagged down a manager who replaced his side dish but took no cost off our bill.
For $120 meal and very excited guests, we were very let down by our experience. We will not be returning to Sullivan's Steakhouse.

It should be noted that my review is really for the Thanksgiving fixed price meal. We have eaten at Sullivan's in the past and enjoyed the experience, but the food served for the Thanksgiving special was well below what we expected. The turkey was dry, the green beans were nothing special, and overall we felt that the food wasn't much better than what we'd have gotten from a much less expensive venue.

Wonderful!! We went to Sullivan's for Thanksgiving, and couldn't ave been more pleased. There were three of us, and we all ordered from the Thanksgiving menu. In addition to the main course of roast turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce, there were several starter choices and several choices for a side dish, and for dessert. Great value and our server was excellent.

Have eaten at Sullivan’s several times and unfortunately this time they completely dropped the ball. Au Gratin potatoes were apparently made the day before. They were not warm and were dry and hard. Waitress did not pay any attention to us at all ,not because she was busy as we ate early in order to go to a concert and at 530pm there were minimal diners. Past experience has been wonderful at Sullivan’s but will have to decide whether we will return

Loved the food and atmosphere but the choice in music was a bummer. Who wants to sit down for a nice meal and listen to music enjoyed by 16 year old's? It also doesn't help when it's played at a volume that limits across the table conversation.

Disappointed the Kale salad is no longer on the menu. French Oinion soup was bland, not the rich broth that it used to have.
Entrees were good and prepared as requested.
Service was good.

We expected more from Sullivans based on the reviews. The service was uneven. We ordered wine to go with our meals but it arrived well before our salads. The steaks were all ordered medium rare but 1 came out rare, 1 came out medium rare and 1 came out medium. I mentioned this to the manager when asked and he made good with a new special not-on-the-menu-yet dessert which saved the evening.

We had an outstanding experience on our last visit. We we're particularly impressed with the menu, especially the choices of side dishes. Our waitress and the kitchen were also very understanding and accommodating of our dietary preferences. It was gratifying to eat at a restaurant that acknowledges the trend towards consuming a lower carbohydrate diet. We were able to choose from several non-starchy sides and settled on the fabulous Brussels Sprouts. The regional manager was present that night and he made several stops by our table. He recommended the new side option, a full roasted head of cauliflower. We demurred as we had already ordered more than we could possibly eat. Imagine our surprise when our meal arrived with a comped order of cauliflower. We split a steak with crab and bernaise, and again, the kitchen was pleased to honor our request to add the spinach that was included on a different dish. Our waitress was marvelous, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our waitress helped get our leftovers boxed and held for us as we were walking to a concert nearby and our car was in the valet parking (another great perk at this restaurant). We have eaten here before and it is now our "go-to" choice for downtown dining.
