Sullivan's Steakhouse - Omaha

wonderful evening, we took friends with us to celebrate a Birthday. Spent 2 and 1/2 hours enjoying excellent food and wine. Casey gave us great service, was present when he needed to be and did not hover as we enjoyed a quiet conversation

As always Sullivan’s made our night perfect with great service, great food and amazing wine.

We visited on new years day as we passed through Omaha on a return journey from Colorado. Location was in a nice safe part of the city and convenient from our hotel. Like many restaurants these days COVID plays a big part in the overall experience, so please keep this in mind during this, or any review. Restaurant was clean, staff were attentive and followed all COVID protocols and other than being very quiet it was a great way to close off our vacation.

Took my parents to Sullivan’s for my mother’s birthday and it was incredible! Greg was amazing! Attentive and comp’d her birthday dessert! The food was incredible! Great family style feel! Will absolutely go back!

The steak and Lobster were cooked perfectly. The sear on the steak gave it a delicious flavor as well as the juiciness desired. We did wish there had been a baked potato on the limited menu, but enjoyed the meal all the same.
We were saddened there were not more diners, but glad there was a table of businessmen who were helping out a lot

Brussel sprouts with bacon and stuffing was excellent! Very good setting.

We enjoyed a nice evening with Family, & Friends.

Very disappointing, poor menu and NY strip steak was supermarket quality. No home fries or hashbrowns offered which shld be a steakhouse staple (or perhaps a baked potato). Booked Sullivans because I could not get a reservation at Gilberts (a spectacular restaurant). Now I know why one was booked solid and the other was not. I have been to the top steakhouses in NYC dozens of times and Sullivans is not in the same catagory. The restaurant itself is a great space, the food was a tremendous disappointment.

Had shaved prime rib French Dip. The meat was gray, smelled and tasted steamy. Just awful. We split a wedge. Looked like a plain Jane. Dressing and diced tomatoes. Where were the croutons and bacon crumbles. We also has the beef roll for an appetizer and that was good. The service was very slow. I really don’t want to go back

Manager was fantastic as was the wait staff.

Twenty to forty minutes for our cocktail order to be filled. We should we have known to be wary when their exterior sign was 1/3 out before entering. Then burned out lights in the interior along with a COMPLETE lack of management! There was a multitude of bus staff and one inept server. Before Covid-19 this was a favorite. The food when it arrived was excellent although we received some side dishes we did not order - to go along with ordering some items we did not receive! NO attempt to address this there as the manager (if there was one) was cerltainly "missing in action." A very sad early celebration of our wedding anniversary with friends at an establishment that once had trained staff.

The wine and entrees were great. Kevin was a fine server. A manager visited the table which was nice. We enjoyed the meal and appreciated all the extra ways the restaurant has made it safe for diners!

Calamari was great. Everything else was OK. Too many better options in town to return, especially at the price point.

Was a good place to go for a date. Had decent service. Food was obviously great.

We enjoyed our dinner at Sullivan's. Michael, our waiter, did an excellent job. The steaks we ordered were mediocre at best. My wife's steak was over cooked, complained and they were happy to cook a new one. Her second steak was still overcooked but she decided to eat it any way. This was our 13th year in a row we celebrated our wedding anniversary by dining at Sullivan's. Not sure there will be a 14th.

COVID-19 was handled smoothly and appropriately from the online QR Code menus when you were waiting to be seated, to the hostess, host, and server all consistently using masks. The food was great!

Excellent service!!!!!!! Brussel sprouts were my favorite dish of the meal.

Food was not worth the price. Steak was prepared well, but no special taste. Garlic Mashed was not flavorful. Ceaser salad was plain, small portion, and nothing special as price would dictate. Appetizer with Filet was amazing, but that was it. Was there for anniversary which earned us a free desert. The waitress forgot and charged us for the desert and didn't recognize it until the bill was paid. We're not angry, just a disappointing experience for the prices.

We sat outside due to the foul sewage odor inside. Our drinks were unimpressive. We ordered our appetizer before ordering our meals, however, the appetizer was immediately followed by our entrees...so they pulled over a second table for our entrees to sit on. The service was great, she was incredibly friendly and attentive. But the smell and timing ruined the experience, was not worth the $$$ ticket and cold entrees.

Everything went very well and the food was delicious. The front desk check in person wasn't very "available" as we had to wait a bit for that person to appear and then when we were leaving they were absent also so it just seemed they were not very present for the front. It is a wonderful special occasion restaurant and our server was very attentive.

We were seated quickly and the service was great. Food was cooked perfectly. Only complaint is that the music was a little loud so it was hard to have a conversation.

Excellent oysters rockefeller, salmon were perfect. Ambience very nice, loved the two person side-by-side booth. Service was top shelf, impressive.

The Bone-in Ribeye was cooked to order but lacked in favor. The Lobster Horseradish Mashed Potatoes were very thin in texture which made me question if they were from a box. I will add the portions were very good compared to nearby restaurants of this type. Our server Brian was attentive assuring things he could control was inline with having a good dining experience.

Second time at Sullivan . Food and service did not disappoint !
