   Ordered filet mignon which was dry. Daughter ordered salmon which was overcooked. Definitely not worth the money. Service was great.

   Had a reservation for 7 and arrived and got put on waitlist and ended up waiting 40 minutes. Sat at table, waited 15 minutes for water. Ordered a drink, a knockout martini, which is their special drink which is $14 and the glass was only half full. (Had one while waiting at the bar and it was 3/4 full). Husband ordered Diet Coke and was flat, tasted awful. Had to ask for bread and butter which we love there but never got until after we got our main meal and then it wasn’t delivered until after our food was finished. Waited overall 90 minutes from time we sat until our food was delivered. Waited another 10 minutes for our bill. While the food was excellent and had great flavor, the service was awful. The dining room was over half empty so I’m guessing it was a staffing issue. The manager was walking around but didn’t say anything to any of the tables. Not what was expected for a high end/expensive dining experience

   Ate here prior to seeing a show at the Orpheum. We told our waitress we were attending the show and while at first she seemed to keep a good pace, once we got our food the service really slowed down. My husband had to flag her down to order another drink, and it took so long he ended up telling her to cancel it. We also had to ask to have our desserts boxed up so we could get to the show in time. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes. We selected from the 3-course prix fixe menu and both the salads and filet were delicious. The strip was an odd shape - it looked more like a small roast. My husband said it was good but he would probably not order it again. FYI, the steaks came with mashed potatoes even though it is not stated on the menu. My husband ordered au gratin potatoes because he thought there were no potatoes with the meal. The waitress could have mentioned this. Still a nice place for a pre-show dinner.

   Had pretty high expectations, and ended up disappointed. They had a ton of wait staff, but our service was very slow. We were there over 45 minutes before we got bread and our soups (we skipped the appetizer). The waiter apologized for the wait and said he would buy us dessert. The French Onion soup as watery and a little bland. The cheese was gone from the top and sank to the bottom, I’m assuming from sitting too long. The lobster bisque was the highlight of the night, but it was warm at best. There was a long pause between the soups and our entrees which came out about 1:15 after we got there. We had allowed 1:45 before the start of a show… and had to rush through our entrees. In the end we dropped nearly $300 for slow service and an expensive average steak. Will not go back.

   Brought my wife’s and my steak to our table. Waitress asked us to cut and check if to our liking. On her own waitress said way under done I will take back to kitchen. 20 minutes returned with steaks. Hers was now overcooked. Mine was burnt on outside. I ordered Cajun Ribeye. Manager and waitress did everything right to offer me new meal. I declined as this would be third attempt at getting right. They offered me free desert as well. Again this was appropriate. I just feel on a high end steakhouse they should employ chef that can get steak right. Medium Rare on Ribeye is not the most difficult. Obvious to me to reheat an already rested steak was going to result in a burnt steak but not to Sullivan’s. Icing on cake was waitress saying Cajun seasoning leads to burnt flavor. Cajun Ribeye is on their menu. Blackened/ burnt was not. Honestly, we went to 801 chophouse the night before. Money would be better spent there. They have consistently gotten it right for years. Sullivan’s has a kitchen problem. Wait service and management no issues. But kitchen is a problem. 3+ years post pandemic it’s time to do better. If the teenage cook at Outback Steakhouse can get it right they should be able to at Sullivan’s. I accepted no freebies nor did I request. Just time to do better. Again they tried to remedy it correctly. Just didn’t want to eat a steak 30 minutes after my wife finished her over done filet on second attempt. We drove 35 minutes to eat here and 35 minutes home. It was definitely not worth the trip. Do better Sullivan’s.

    Of the pricey steakhouses in town, this would be the bottom of my list. Steak was honestly tougher than it should have been for the price. The highlight of my meal was the beaudalais sauce on the steak and the cocktails. Sides were ho-hum at best.

    Now let me be clear, I have eaten at Sullivan's before and had an incredible meal. Tonight was not one of them. And, I am not one to complain in the moment so I ate most of what I was served as I was taught. Tenderloin steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare--and then served cold. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like yesterday's baked potato mashed up and put on the plate, also cold. The wedge salad was the best part of my meal. I have a feeling we just came so early they were ill prepared for service. As I said, I have had fantastic meals here before so still thunk it is worth going back, but $180 for this experience was not worth the money.

    We ate here for the first time before Les Miserables at the Orpheum Theater, which is about a 2 block walk. Great ambience and service was also great. Ordered New York strip steak with side of sauteed spinach & the seared sea scallops with a side salad. Husband reports his steak was cooked to perfection (rare). He was asked by our server to check the steak to make sure it was cooked to his liking. The scallops were excellent as well. It's on the expensive side, but we knew that in advance and don't mind spending some $$$ on a special night out.

    Visiting a steak house has been a growing tradition for our management team on the first night in a new city, and Sullivan's continued the success of finding a great spot with quality food and drink. The location was quiet on a Monday night, even still, the host suggested eating in the bar for extra quiet ambience. Our server was fantastic with her food and drink suggestions and the food arrived swiftly, cooked to order and hot. We were extremely pleased with our visit.

    Absolutely enjoyed our evening, our waiter was excellent, the ambiance was perfect as always. We were a little disappointed with the rack of lamb. It was tough and over seasoned. Everything else was top shelf!

    All of us ordered the sure thing. I We prefer the size of the steaks that come with this, a smaller cut. Waitress made sure everything was cooked appropriately. She brought back two of the steaks, and they were perfect the second time around. Bananas foster bread pudding is delicious! Waitress was attentive. We had a play to attend and she made sure we left in time.

    Over priced and under flavored. Ordered the Valentine's Day Special $85 for a Salad, Ribeye Steak, Asparagus, and Dessert. Steak was under seasoned and tough, Asparagus was overcooked and not trimmed properly the base stems were on a lot of it and it was almost burnt in spots and soft, not good. Had higher expectations being it was my wife's birthday. Texas Roadhouse is better and about half the price.

    Bartender was in the weeds thanks to 2 large parties threw the entire timing of the meal off. Hey Phil Romano if you wanna to buy a high end steakhouse and jump the prices at least teach your (underpaid) staff how to serve. Put an adult in charge!

    Waitress - felt like it was her first night doing the job. Had to ask her to get our bottle of wine as we ordered before she had even brought it out. Spilled on the tablecloth and did nothing to clean it up. Never took dirty plates away or anything. Had to send my ribeye back as I could barely cut through it. Manager told me that’s expected with a ribeye and if I wanted tender I should have gotten a filet. Anyone who orders quality steaks and pays for them knows this isn’t true. They re-made me a filet instead and it took awhile of course so everyone was done eating by the time it came and then the sides were cold. Pretty unenjoyabie experience when spending $350+ on dinner. We won’t go back.

    Went for date night. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. But the cost for what you get was somewhat surprising. We both ordered the Prix Fix (at the servers disappointment, who said he never recommends that) and we got the filet. The steak was somewhat bland and the outer edges were so over done, it was dry. I ordered the mashed potatoes which were fairly good, but it took 3 spoon fulls and they were gone…..extremely small serving. My wife had the asparagus and she said the stalks were so thick that they tasted “woody” so she didn’t finish them. I will say the egg roll appetizers were very good though. So, in short, after a $230 dinner, we were not impressed. Probably won’t go back.

    Steaks were delicious and cooked to order. Food was delivered hot. Salads were good. Desserts were great. Bread pudding portion could have been a little more generous. Service was good, although CJ was sometimes difficult to understand.

    Good and drinks all took a VERY long time. Asparagus was room temp and mediocre. Steak was cooked correctly but not particularly flavorful for a ribeye. Garlic mash potatoes and cheesesteak egg rolls were awesome. Crab stuffed shrimp was NOT good at all. Shrimp had no seasoning and incredible dry. The crabcakes that “stuffed” the shrimp were extremely fishy tasting. Not impressed for $250

    We had an AMAZING dinner at Sullivan’s!!! The food was outstanding and our server McKensie was wonderful! One of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Love the unique Beef Wellington bites app.

    We visited for a special NYE dinner. While the service was great, the food wasn't as amazing as the prices led you to believe they would be. A burnt appetizer, small salads, strangely dry and rare meat. All issues corrected on the bill but not the dining experience we had hoped for. Perhaps NYE weighed in but would likely not spend the money again.

    Sullivan's is one of the better restaurants in Omaha for an all around experience in food, service and atmosphere. Being downtown Omaha leaves their location in the heart of all things going on.

    Ordered Knockouts as that was the main draw for us to go. They were served in a rocks glass which was a major letdown as the presentation adds to the enjoyment of the drink. While the filet was good, $48 for an 8oz and nothing else was disappointing. Also disappointed that we were not able to order the complete 3 course meal. Nowhere online was it stated that it would not be available. Other than the knockouts, I’m not sure it’s worth it. The Drover has equally great food with sides and salad for the same price as just the cut of meat.

    Main entrees took a while to arrive — steaks were OK, but were kind of tough by the time they were served. The appetizer was excellent as well as the Caesar salad & fresh baked bread. The cheesy bacon au gratin potatoes were very good.
