Disappointing night at our favorite place. Crazy slow service and not even full. The portions have shrunk and the prices increased and not by just a little, a lot! We had to carry out our food after 1:40 minutes to make it to the show. We opened the food today for lunch and were like, what? So sad for such a once-great restaurant.

It was our 4 year anniversary. We just moved to the Midwest from the West Coast. We live in Iowa. On a whim we decided to drive to Omaha for our anniversary day. I saw Sullivan’s on open table and booked it. The food was AMAZING. Our server made the experience one we will never forget. Young girl 21 just got out of training. She was very attentive and extreme knowledgeable. We will be back just to eat here. Thank you for making our day special.

A wonderful Easter Lunch with the family. Everything was delightful and we have no comments for improvements. Celeste was wonderful and you could have done nothing to improve upon here service and attitude! We can’t wait to return… our favorite place for sure!

Glad I made the reservation for 2 hours before our show at the Orpheum. We waited 15 minutes for our server and her trainee to come back so we could pay, and we barely made it to the show on time! Understandably, they were remarkably busy and running around the room to their various tables. Other than that wait, everything was wonderful!

The meal was DELICIOUS! The medium rare Filet was grilled perfectly. Service was good. And the Prix Fixe Menu worked well for us. We were disappointed that there was no valet service as I am recovering from surgery, however there is a parking garage at 15th & Douglas.

Great experience overall. There was an issue with one of our side dishes, and the restaurant quickly corrected the same. They even offered us a complementary dessert, which was a nice gesture. It would be an even better experience if management allowed the servers and staff to drop the face diapers. It can be hard for me to understand what people are saying in louder environments when I cannot see the speaker's mouth.

Sullivan's Steakhouse was perfect for our Anniversary dinner. Service was phenomenal! We never waited for anything. Our server was fast, responsive and on top of everything. The pace is calm, slow enough to eat and enjoy our food and drink. We did not feel rushed at any time. Bit on the expensive side, but I am paying for service and high-quality food. Ambiance is quiet, romantic. Saw they do have a party room available. All food was cooked perfectly. My only disappointment was I did have to salt the meat and vegetables. And I don't add salt to anything. I have a very salty pallet and was surprised I needed to add salt. Outside of that, I would recommend and will be back.

The ribeye with Cajun butter was the best steak we have ever eaten. We also had the lamb chops (I typically hate lamb) but these were awesome!! Salmon and spinach salad fantastic as well the crab cakes.

Both steaks were cold and rare in the middle. Ordered med rare. Had to be brought back and then came back dry and the steaks were ruined by that point. Garlic mashed potatoes were lumpy and no taste. Shrimp was dry and over cooked. Was not a good experience

The service was off from the moment we walked in the door. They recognized it was my birthday, mentioned someone made me a card, but forgot it and it never came to the table. Uncoordinated, unprofessional for what we expected from a high end steak house. Wait staff is too young and familiarly friendly. The meal was spaced out awkwardly. They mixed up our two steaks; both 8oz filets, but one medium, one medium rare. Simple, but they mixed them up. The food was ok, not the greatest for steakhouse fare, but acceptable. Finding parking was challenging. If Sullivan’s does have dedicated parking, it was too difficult to find. No valet.

Our Blueberry and Hibiscus martinis were excellent. We really like the Cheesesteak Rolls as an appetizer. The wedge salad with blue cheese dressing is always wonderful. I had the salmon with asparagus and my husband had a ribeye steak. We shared the au gratin potatoes. Both meals were perfect. We had a glass of wine with the meal and finished with a piece of cheesecake. It was another wonderful evening and meal at Sullivan's. Can't wait to come back again!
