Fransisco our server was fantastic like always and the food was excellent per usual. I love going here when I am in the mood for steak. My fiancé and I love this place. It is probably our favorite restaurant in Naperville. The only thing that could of made our night better would have been if Michael was working. He is always a pleasure to see.
So disappointed in my lobster it was tuff and the butter for some reason had an odd taste. The service was great they acknowledged our anniversary with some rose petals on the table. We have been here several times and always was very pleased but not this time. I certainly would not go back for lobster. Really disappointed.

The steak is no comparison to Morton. The waitress also recommended the butter toppings and omitted the additional $11 charge.

We arrived early and were seated immediately. The waiter was great! The Filet Mignon was the best ever, it just melted in my mouth. Well worth the price. Snow Crab was fantastic! Will definitely go again and recommend it to others.
We had a late Christmas Party here for our company. We all had tremendous meals and the service was excellent. There was not one thing served that was not fabulous.... we will be back.

We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. They really treat you so special. The staff is outstanding. The calamari is the best we have ever had.
We love Sullivans new redesigned interior and the manager's attention to detail with his patrons. Oyster Rockefellar is excellent and our steaks were properly cooked to our request. The Chilean Sea bass is superb and a good value, although I am one for just a slightly larger piece and a willingness to pay a few dollars more for it. Either way you can't go wrong with the class act that the manager brings to this great restaurant.
Birthday dinner was wonderful!
The steaks are outstanding and well cooked. But this is a steak house and an expensive one at that, however the steak knives are terrible. They are serrated and rip not cut the meat. I had a very hard time cutting my rare steak. This should never happen at a good restaurant.
Excellent food, price is subject to perspective. Those not willing to drop over $200 for dinner for two should look elsewhere. Now for those who have that disposable income or are willing to lay out for a special dinner (ours was our 30th anniversary) this is an excellent choice for dinning. We did an appetizer, salad, bone in steak, two sides, dessert, and wine with the meal, $198+. You can go to other steakhouses, but most come with noise and do not provide for intimate ambiance.
The food was very good but the service was outstanding.
The food was good,but not outstanding. My NY strip was slightly overlooked (much closer to medium than medium rare) in fairness to Sullivan’s they did ask if everything was ok and I said yes. I did not want to deal with waiting for another steak to come. My wife’s filet was cooked perfect (medium rare). It’s only my opinion, but I thought the cost did not equal the food quality. I have been to Morton’s , Ruth’s Chris, and my favorite Capital grille, and I thought all had better food. To sum it up, if I am going to spend that much on dinner and drinks, I will go elsewhere!
We had a wonderful time on Easter! The salads were delicious! The salmon and steamed broccoli were cooked to perfection. Loved the cheesecake!

Celebrating Easter. The prime rib was great. And as were the knockout martinis.
Service was great. The steak was tender and cooked just right. I ordered key lime pie for dessert but it tasted like lemon.

Sullivan's never fails to please! We had a fabulous meal for Easter. THey had a prix d'fix menu that meet everyone's taste. Perfectly prepared salads, beef, salmon and lamb. Can't miss desserts of cheesecake, key lime pie and bread pudding. Everyone left more than satisfied and ready for a nap! Great staff. Impeccable service.
Very pleased with the meal and the whole experience. Definitely recommend the restaurant and look forward to returning for another special meal.

We went to Sullivan's Steakhouse for my boyfriend's birthday and it was so special! From the service, to the food, and the extra effort the staff put in to make this birthday special, everything about Sullivan's makes us both want to go back! Thank you for an amazing, inviting experience!

Four of us dined. Two filets, one strip and a ribeye. Filets great, strip good, but my ribeye was just a little cold and definitely not up to the quality I expected based on prior experience and at that price. We were seated promptly at reservation time and service was outstanding.
Took advantage of the price fix menu, great steak and a fun evening.

Food was absolutely delicious! Our server, Samantha, could not have been more attentive and responsive - and always with a smile. The manager, Michael, stopped by the table and provided excellent wine and dining recommendations. Overall, an outstanding experience. We'll definitely be back.
Dinner reservation on St.Patty's Day-Our server was pleasant, and friendly. Drinks were unfairly poured/ "short pour"-if you will.
When we brought our drink observation to our waitress she quickly apologized and said she would return with a resolution per our concern. A gentleman approached our table with our drinks and placed them down in front of us. He inquired as we affirmed we had orded Eagle Rare bourbon. Our waitress approached the table soon after with bread, another male server with our stale Ahi Tuna appetizer and had proclaimed the bartender measured inappropriately.
Steak was not prepared to our liking. Medium instead of Medium Rare. (It always seems to be true to order more rare than you enjoy, due to the fact of that the cook will "overcook")
We were famished from a day of celebration so we decided to keep the meal after relinquishing the temperature wasn't as we reqested. Brussel sprouts were diced and felt as though we were eating salad.
My boyfriend and I always get a bottle of wine with dinner but, glancing at the selection we decided against it considering price and quality. Bottles were overpriced.
Our evening ended with a shot of tequila; complements of the manager that evening. He spoke of our mishap with our beverages during our intial experience, but seemed careless jokingly dismissive about it. We've decided not to return to dine here again. It's always sad when you enjoy the service but not the products/services you purchase.
My husband and I had a great time celebrating my birthday. Their filet is fantastic along with the wedge salad. It did get a little noisy--I would have preferred it to be quieter. Extensive wine list along with nice cocktails. Our server was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely go back.
Food and service were very good, but dinner menu prices have gone up significantly, which is disappointing. But also probably why we were easily able to snag a table in the bar on a Friday evening.
