    We were a bit disappointed. Waited over 30 minutes past our 3PM reservation to sit. When I made the reservation we were told the regular menu would be served. Once we sat down we were told the prix fixe menu was not offered. We ordered the appetizers and one was the cauliflower appetizer we always order. Usually large pieces of cauliflower but this was all just tiny bits of cauliflower and for the price very small. Went to order and they were out of the special. Maybe if were sat on time we could have gotten that. Since I normally get the prix fixe because it's so much less food my husband and I decided to splurge and share the 28 oz Tomahawk. They asked if we wanted it sliced so easier to share. When it came out the actual meat portion was MAYBE 10 oz. The size of the steak was so thin I found it hard to believe it actually came off that bone. The waitress knew our disappointment but just said yep that's all of it. The 3 sides we ordered were so much less than we normally get. My daughter ordered the lobster bisque soup and half through offered it over to my husband to try. After tasting it he moved it the side because she had another plate and they just came by and took it before we could even say anything. I thought about asking for it back but at that point we were too frustrated and my husband's father's day dinner was kind of a fail. The funniest part is had we gotten to order off the prix fixe menu we would have actually spent more overall. We come here quite a bit and things have been going downhill the last few times. This was the final moment when we decided not to go back for a long time. The whole thing was just too disappointing for what it cost. There are better options out there.

    Went here for Father’s Day. Had a reservation for 6 people and were seated within 5 mins. We sit down and the hostess tells my husband and son (8 y/o) to take off their baseball caps due to their dress code. This is understandable and my husband was about to take his hat off but saw an older man there with a baseball hat seated right across from our table. My husband said, I’ll remove my hat, but are you going to ask him too? The hostess looked at the other guy and my husband and then walked away without saying anything. About 5 minutes later, a different hostess comes up to my husband and asks him to remove his hat due to the dress code. My husband is now annoyed and said, are you going to ask that man to remove his hat too?? She told him it’s a policy, no hats in the dining room and he told her to go tell the other guy that too. She looked at us, looked at the other table and walked away without saying anything. My husband was so annoyed and wanted to leave. Mind you, it’s Father’s Day. He would have gladly taken his hat off, but why are they only approaching us and not the other table? We are younger and a minority. The other table, it was an older Caucasian man. It was just really odd to us why no one was approaching the other guy. Our server comes and I ask her to please have the hostesses stop asking my husband to take off his hat unless they are going to ask the other table. Our server agreed and said she would handle it. She came back a few minutes later and said no one would bother my husband again and she apologized. Our server was great. Food was good too. One other issue, my husband ordered a ribeye medium rare. The runner asked him to cut into it and it was rare so they had to take it back. It’s a pricey steak at a steakhouse, the temperature shouldn’t have been an issue. We just didn’t feel welcomed here, singled out. It’s not like we were underdressed aside from a cap…

    This was my first time at this location, and everything exceeded expectations. The food was incredibly flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served at just the right temperature. The beverages were expertly mixed and absolutely delicious. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire team for working together to create such a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! 🥂

    Each time we dine there — the quality of the food is slipping a bit more and more I had the 3 course with an alleged 6oz filet — tasted great, but if a 4 oz piece of protein is generally the size of a hockey puck, this was 4oz or less My wife’s asparagus was stiff and gross and it was unfortunate to hear our server say that you guys get that complaint all the time, but do nothing about it Just thought you guys would like to receive some honest feedback instead of just boxes checked

    Lana was a highly personable and efficient server. The 2 8 oz. lobster tails, 32 oz. bone in ribeye, and accompanying Petite Syrah were amazing and a very good value. The rose petals on the tablecloth and the personalized card (with a photograph taken later) made our 54th wedding anniversary an extraordinary celebration! Thus, the reason why Sullivan’s is one of our most favorite restaurants!

    Front the moment we walked in until we left, our whole experience was top notch. Steffanie was an outstanding server, everything we ordered delicious, drinks tasty, dessert the best we have ever had. Highly recommend and already planning to come again with friends.
