   I have been a happy customer for 15 years but today's product was on par with Outback and the staff was similarly trained. Trying to celebrate a quiet birthday for my adult nephew and the staff was not accommodating. Moved out of the dining room because they did not have a table instead of a booth, to the party room, noisey as Chuckie Cheese, we were put in a corner table. While waiting for someone to acknowledge we were seated I scanned OpenTable for my options. We had better food and service during the pandemic with staff that actually knew what they were doing and cared. Expensive steak not prepared correctly and oversalted, sides were tepid. A standard drink took four tries to prepare. Certaimly not worth $400.

   Haven’t been to Sullivan’s for over a year since last visit service was unbelievably bad. Didn’t see a server for 15 mins? No water even. We got up and left. Today was much better. However she forgot our appetizer. Forgot a coffee. But overall was very nice and accommodating.

   The blackened salmon, the regular salmon, new york strip steak, and the 2 boned pork chop were all outstanding.

   Restaurant is nice and clean, hostess was very friendly. Sat in bar area, because our table wasn’t ready and server was very short and not friendly. Food was ok, steak was good with nice char. Overall, not worth the price especially with the rude server.

   Douglass was a very good server, the food was good and drinks were strong. Will be back soon for the egg rolls.

    We sat at the bar for dinner, it was a busy night. Food was good, cocktails were great, bar tender was busy but fast and friendly, piano player was nice but pretty loud and old school.
