Food was very good as well as the service. Enjoyed the scallops and crab legs.

Very nice environment. Prices are a little high for such a limited menu but this is to be expected during the pandemic. The server was very polite but not as present as we would've liked him to be. The wait time was horrendous. Over 1 1/2 hours before we received our entrees. If not for the wait we would return.

Food was as expected. Would come back again. Also Shyheim was a great waiter 5 stars for him..

First visit there . Waiter Jack was great. But there was a definite problem in the kitchen. We were sat right near it and I was concerned about it being to warm for us. But that was no problem. There was tho a lot of loud banging and dropping of things in the kitchen. At at one point I guess it was the head chef yelled at the workers they all should be fired !! Needless to say I was worried about my food that was coming out. I will be calling corporate this week

I have been a Sullivan’s customer for years. After easily 50 meals there this was an extreme disappointment

We love Sullivan's, period. We have been to 19 Sullivan's and do not like the fact that they are closing them.

Food was good and tasty. Service was a little slow. This meal wasn't up to their usual standards.

The appetizers, ribeye, and Brussels sprouts were great. The waiter left more to be desired and the kitchen staff were loud and inappropriate. Although it was a birthday dinner, dessert wasn’t offered. The waiter just brought out the check.

Great food and great service! We don't come often because it's pricey. Good for an annual birthday celebration.

We went to a Sullivan's in Delaware, it was good there so we tried inKing of Prussia. We still had a good meal here too.

The food was fantastic as always. Service was fast and efficient. They abided by the social distancing and capacity. My only issue was that our server, Francesca, had her mask on below her nose barely covering her mouth. It could have been a chin strap more than a face mask. The one person that consistently comes over to our table within six feet of us wasn’t wearing her mask properly. Observing every other employee in house that night she was the only one I saw with her mask slid down. It unfortunately just added some anxiety to what should have been a enjoyable, relaxing night out.

Felt very rushed during the meal. Servers were not that attentive. Limited menu (understandable during these times but disappointing)

My wife and I felt the need for a good steak. Two of our friends joined us. We all ordered our steaks rare to medium rare. One came out midrare to medium. Two came out medium well and my wife’s made shoe leather look good. It was an embarrassment. The manager fired new steaks for us and comped our first round of drinks but the experience was ruined. It’s unlikely that we’ll go back.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience
Our scallops were salty and over cooked
Lamb was over cooked
Caesar dressing had way too much dressing
And the potatoes were served cold
We usually have great experience but this time when we were celebrating our anniversary with two family members we did not have a good experience for the price of the meals

Our server was the best!

I was disappointed because there was no outdoor seating & I did not find out till late morning of the day of the reservation. I asked for a high top near the door in lieu of that & it was fine as it was not crowded. While our waiter was excellent & the food great I don’t think I will be returning soon unless they come up with some safe accommodations.

Food is always excellent but the service is sometimes unpredictable. Especially last night. Sayeem was not as attentive as we have come to expect and seemed a bit put out when I asked what was on the Prix Fixe menu.

I love Sullivan’s. I’ve traveled quite a bit and it ranks in my top 10 for steakhouses. The food and service were excellent as usual. The only thing that could be improved is the ambiance and decor however I’ll still be back.

Lovely surroundings, excellent food, except one steak was supposed to be medium well, and was really well done. Server was very nice, but kept forgetting where the different orders went; not a big thing most of the time, but expected at this price point.

Overall this is a great place unfortunately, in my last visit the food was not upto part. The mash were salty and, my salmon was dry. But overall this is a great place.

This was our first time out in an indoor dining setting since Covid hit in March and we felt very comfortable and safe. The tables were all separated well and the booths had dividers between them all. The service and food were excellent as always. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed the steaks and scallops very much, however the creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes were a bit on the salty side. The Shanghai Calamari is our favorite!

Food was great we were just a little concerned when we walked in the foyer smelled like a sewer backup. We checked the bathrooms but didn’t see anything. Otherwise the food was outstanding.

Our meals were delicious and our waitress Janelle was great!

Great dining experience. Highly recommend the cheese steak egg rolls!

Wife’s birthday

One of my favorite steakhouses. Filets are seasoned and cooked to perfection every time. Salads are delicious and the cheesesteak egg rolls are the best! My only compliant was my martini was very short/not full. I looked around and noticed they were all a little light but mine in particular was extra short.

Shared with family and friends. I would go there again with others.
