Good service and delicious food
The waiter was phenomenal and knowledgeable when it came down to the choice of food and drinks.
We know we are in Covid times but, I did not see that there was a limited menu..that was on me but, the choices were not great. Who doesn't want a baked potato and French onion soup when they go to a steakhouse!! The steaks were fair..we had to return one because it was cooked improperly....well done vs the medium rare that was requested.
The other interesting fact I would like to mention..we arrived and we were 10 mins late...the hostess said I have to check to see if we are ready for you? It was 4:40PM and only one other table was occupied.
Always loved Sullivan's but, think until Covid is over we will NOT be back.
First time there . Celebrating 1 year anniversary, we ordered and shortly after they replaced our waiter and everything was fine up until then . After waiting for about 1 hour and a half I asked the waiter about our food and he went to the kitchen and said our order never made it to the kitchen . As if that wasn’t enough we left hungry and they still charged us $41 for appetizer .
Worst experience in my life at a restaurant.
DONT GO THERE!!!
Always love it here. Love the new drinks, and new menu options. Missed some of the old favorites because of the limited menu.
Coleen was exceptional. Even though there was a limited menu the food was excellent.
Just okay. We have visited several times. They consistent.
Unfortunately we won't be returning, the food was average at best. The calamari was good but drenched in the sauce. The Caesar salad was good but drenched in dressing. The salmon that was on top of the Caesar was cooked perfectly & the mac-n-cheese was good too! The lobster mashed potatoes were just okay and my husband's steak had to be sent back because it was overcooked. :-( The service was excellent.
This was my third visit, first since COVID. The food and drinks never disappoint, was delicious.
What was disappointing was the "experience". When I booked the reservation I indicated this was a special occasion(birthday). The host nor the waitress greeted or acknowledged. There was no prepared tabled. It was treated as a regular dinner. The host for some reason walking past several empty tables/booths took us to a booth directly next to a table that had about 6 people seated. We had to ask for seating that would have distant us from the others seated. The waitress I felt was rushing...after starters and salad I realized no bread was provided, when asked was told it is only by request. Not sure how anyone would have known needed to ask. I don't have an issue with the bread not being an automatic, but I think it should at least be offered.
I hope this is not the new normal, just a not good day. Restaurants at this level, the experience is as equally important.
So glad that Sullivan’s brought back HH from 3-5 mon-Thursday!!!! Stopped by for a quick drink and some HH apps but decided get dinner. I had the bone-in cowboy cut ribeye and it was delicious. Service was amazing as usual. Kenzie was serving the house down!!!!!
First Covid date in a long time!
For some reason they don’t do Oscar style right now. There were an excessive amount of fruit flies at the tables.
due to the covid19 the restaurant is at limited capacity. this is good for the diners as it is much quieter and service is better.
This was only our 2nd visit after dining at Sullivan's in Feb 2020. We were disappointed to see such a limited menu with very few choices in all categories. We've recently dined at other KOP restaurants who have somehow managed to offer a much better variety of options while keeping their pre-COVID quality of food and service. Our service during this visit was very poor. Our server was not interested in "selling" the menu choices we asked questions about and did nothing to show her support of the quality or tastiness of Sullivan's food. She seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else. The steaks were very good, but my husband's strip steak had more grill marks than mine soggy & had a strong aroma of cabbage-not pleasant! I have always enjoyed roasted shaved brussel sprouts, so this was disappointing. We ate the same foods except my husband had the fried calamari. He became very ill 3 hours later and was up all night with a violent stomach reaction. We concluded it must have been the calamari. We felt the prices were in keeping with the majority of steak houses in the area, as was the price of my martini. We were pretty shocked, however, to see they charged us $21 for my husband's Johnny Walker Black on the rocks! A bottle costs $32. I think this was our last visit to Sullivan's.
As always, the meal and service is amazing. me and my Girlfriend has a fantastic dinner and desert for our anniversary. During the COVID era, I felt very safe and well distanced in the inside.
Waitstaff was amazing. Great food as always. Felt safe and clean
Restaurant staff seemed to be un organized when we arrived, it was a poor first impression with phones ringing, guest standing around , taking long to choose seating. Through our our time there the staff was little chaotic with staff seeming flustered. Possibly understaffed? Staff was still friendly though and met our needs. Food was excellent!
Great place too eat
The manager was very rude and inconsiderate.
Great service. Great food. Great drinks. Never a bad experience at Sullivan’s.
Absolutely outstanding in every way.
Our waiter went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was excellent
Enjoyed Sullivan’s. The one salad we normally get, that’s made table-side, isn’t on the menu due to Covid. Understandable but disappointed. Had a great dinner and will return!
Sullivan’s was less than stellar. They were always good, but their menu changed and it’s now in phase 1. This is ridiculous. Many of there best sellers were not available. And they knew we were celebrating a birthday and did not even acknowledge it. They have been open for two months for indoor dining. There menu should be back to what it was pre Covid. I don’t think they will survive without this.
Loved the food and had a great time
Not as enjoyable as usual. There were tiny fleas constantly flying around our table landing on our water glasses and food.
Food was amazing service was amazing. Just wish that people wouldn’t bring little kids in a restaurant like that and have to listen to them scream and cry but other then that it was a great experience
Everything was great. Very accommodating when needed an earlier table. Food was amazing. Even brought me a cheese cake out for my birthday.
Covid protocols made dining feel safe. Service was attentive but not rushed. Appetizers (cheesesteak egg rolls and calamari) were delicious though I wish they would bring back the seared ahi tuna. Filet, lobster and lamb were equally amazing. Please bring back the bernaise sauce for steaks. Overall was a wonderful experience, thank you!
Everything was wonderful. Steak was tender, juicy, delicious. I was very pleased!
Great food. Even with new restrictions the experience was great.
Our waitress Olivia was amazing. Food was great as always and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Food was amazing. Good service. Good value
Not as good as I remembered
Limited menu and over priced
Went last week for a family dinner. The server was pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere made me feel confident in their sanitization/distancing protocols. We ate the cheesesteak eggrolls, calamari, wedge salad, filet mignon, lamb rack and lobster, which were all exquisite in taste and cooked perfectly to our liking. My only feedback would be to add the sauces (bernaise especially) back to the menu. This seems like a critical piece of a steakhouse menu. Also add a disposable beer/wine/cocktail menu (I think this will greatly increase your alcohol sales numbers and most other restaurants are doing this now). Thank you for a lovely evening, look forward to returning soon!
My filet was wonderful but my husband had the bone in pork chop and it was very dry and had no flavor. So for the money it was disappointing.
Wait staff was fantastic and the food was really good.
Wasn’t the same as before the COVID 19 restrictions. The food was so so and the service was lacking. I will not visit again until everything is at full capacity. Wasn’t worth the money.
Nice place food was okay
