This was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. This evening was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday celebration for my husband but it was ruined by inept and inefficient service as well as poorly prepared food. The waiter NEVER checked in with us nor did he ever apologize for the horrible service we had to endure for nearly 2 hours. We were seated at 7:00 and did not receive our soup until 7:30. We patiently waited for our entrees and only after we spoke to the manager was our food finally served to us at 8:30. By that time I had lost my appetite by that time and my husband's birthday celebration had been ruined. The brussell sprouts had no taste, the potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, the wine we ordered was not served until our meal was almost over, and we had to pour it ourselves. Our children drove all the way from Philadelphia to join us for dinner and I felt so bad about wasting their valuable time to come to a restaurant as poor as Sullivan's. I regret choosing Sullivan's instead of Morton's and I will never return to Sullivan's again. Furthermore, I plan to tell everyone I know to stay away from Sullivan's as well.
Food was good. Atmosphere was kind of loud. I don’t know the entire time we were there it felt weird as if we didn’t belong as if we were under dressed.

Took my mom for her 84th birthday, every body enjoyed the whole evening the service, appetizers to dessert was absolutely delicious!

Food is always okay went to get a cheeseburger but couldn’t get one unless you switched to the bar seating was with my wife so I didn’t didn’t understand that other than that it was nice
Always a special meal at Sullivans, our go to place. Had a birthday celebration for my mother in law and she loves the bread so they gave her some to take home and she was delighted. I always have great service and a memorable experience when I dine here.
We still had to wait despite a reservation. Once seated, it took someone 10 minutes to come to our table. Food was just okay.
Returned to Sullivan’s in KOP for first time in 2+ yrs. Many of the patron’s where dressed in sneakers and assorted types of ball caps. One person wore an American flag T-shirt. I can’t speak for everyone but when I go to a place that is expensive as Sullivans I expect people will at least be dressed more professionally or neatly.
Our appetizers were cold. My steak had gristle in it. Unfortunately I will no longer be spending my money there.
Calamari and Mac and cheese were both cold. Very slow service. Threw off the whole ambience. And when you are paying those prices, it should be good.
The meal was very good. The calamari was excellent and the steaks were cooked properly. The service was not up to par for the prices we were paying. Everything was extremely slow. Our side dishes came out at least 10 minutes after our steaks. The potatoes were warm, not hot.. Our desserts took another 20 minutes. Not enjoyable.

Great drinks and great place to celebrate a special event
At best it was an outback experience at a top notch steak house. Service was horrible. My appetizer wasn’t even 1/3 finished before the dinner came out. Waiter was so horrible and was just there. Never introduced himself. Not friendly. When we where done and asked for a to remainder to be bagged everything was slapped on one plate. Im mean slapped. To wear there where potatoes on the table. Then bagged in front of us. It was actually pretty disgusting to watch. Never have I’ve seen such behavior at such a supposed high end steak house. I’ve frequent many. This will be the only time I eat at that establishment. Not worth it at all.
The quality of the meat was poor
Ok so we get seated at the time of our reservation. There was 4 in our party. We sit down and wait for our server or someone to come over to us. ok still waiting so after I kid you not 15 min someone comes over and gives us water. Now 20mins have passed finally a waitress comes over and hands us a drink menu and says she will be back after we settle in. We only have been setting there like 30mins now. Ok she finally comes over gets our drink order gets our order We get our apps and not even finished with them our food comes out. no waitress in site also our waitress was so unfriendly I felt like she was even bother by us being there. Our resers were for 6:45 we were out of there by 8;30. She told us what they have for dessert 3 things we declined but she went and got the bill we were never even asked if we wanted coffee and an after dinner drink. Very very bad experience waitress was unfriendly and quite nasty . Over priced for nothing. Bad experience and to say we will never go back there again.

The experience should’ve been better our server was too busy we constantly had to asked our server for a refill water and s Soda. Appetizers came out cold our food was good until the waiter took the food in the back to pack it up and threw away half of my meal and my dates.The last issue was we had to remind him that our meal came with dessert food was all packed up if we didn’t check we would’ve walked out without dessert after paying for it. Im upset I experienced this type of service on my 50th birthday I really thought it would have been a good choice Coming here we were so upset we didn’t even want to tip the waiter but we did had a much better experience before not sure if I will be coming back or even recommending the restaurant . disappointed Customer
Food was below average but with high prices. Service was poor. The waiter was not interested in recommending or explaining anything even though it was our first time dining. I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday but all we got was a happy birthday from the waiter. Not family friendly at all. It was very noisy. No kids menu, no milk, no straw cups and the waiter only said “The only smallest portion we have is the filet mignot. We don’t have anything else for kids.” He also forgot to give us the juice we ordered. I ordered medium well steak and got rare. They did not even give us steak knives until we asked. And why is the waitress who seated us wearing the mask and then pulling it down on the chin to talk to us on the table? She does not understand the point of wearing the mask? There are much better restaurants in the area we should have gone instead.
Loved everything from beginning to end
Steak was flavorful and perfect as always and the lamb and scallops were also delicious. Excellent place for a special occasion dinner.
Best steakhouse in the area
Went to Sullivan’s last night for the first time for my 25th wedding anniversary our server was very nice and courteous the food was cooked exactly as the way we ordered and it was delish! My husbands steak was cooked perfectly and my salmon was very moist and flavorful. I highly recommend not just for a special occasion but a date night, girls night etc. Sullivan’s is now on my favorite restaurant list!
Birthday dinner for a friend and it was fantastic with great service. We did sit at the bar for an hour prior to our reservation. The other drinks were fine but the first glass of wine I got a Malbec had many many gnats floating on the top. Was pretty surprised we still had to pay for the glass of wine. Not very appetizing especially after taking a drink before noticing the gnats.
Calamari and Cheesesteak egg rolls were great appetizers. It went downhill from there. I ordered from the Prefiz menu. The Caesar salad is 3 uncut pieces of romaine. Which meant I had to turn my plate around 4 different ways to cut it. This is expected when getting a wedge salad, but not a Caesar salad. Then I ordered the NY strip(medium). It was Medrare and oozing blood in my mash. Now normally I can tolerate medrare because I like medium, but the meat was chewy! It wasn’t even tender. Which makes me question if they use a different NY strip for the prefix menu? There’s no way they are charging $48/58 dollars for chewy meat! Very disappointed
Service was excellent. Food was mostly prepared very well - but the forest of broccoli was cold and undercooked. Steaks were both delicious and James did a wonderful job as our server.
Seemed much brighter than previously. they could tone down the lights a bit.
Service was not what you would expect from a high end steak house. My impression is that they are short on staff due to Covid issues, which I understand, but my feeling is if you cannot provide the service then don’t open or limit opening times.
That aside, the food was fabulous.
We went to Sullivan's for our anniversary dinner. There were two large parties in the back and the front of house was not staffed accurately. Our server was swamped and took 30 minutes to bring drinks over/take our order. They were out of cheesesteak eggrolls which was a primary reason for going, and we didn't find this out until after we had been sitting for some time. Not a great experience.
Treated my Husband out to Dinner last night. This was our FIRST time at Sullivan's Steakhouse. Customer Service wasn't good. They had two waiters on the floor cause they had 2 wedding parties going on. Wanted to try their CheeseSteak Rolls, BUT they ran out of them. Food was Okay, my Rack of Lamb wasn't cooked well done as asked (uploaded pic of my Rack of Lamb COOKED RARE) Complete turn off. Wine, Fresh Bread & Spicy Shrimp Rolls was Soooo Good. Was able to have the Rack of Lamb taken off my bill 🙌🏾. Just wish we had a better experience.
As always, food and service was great. Lunch is a very good value for the amount of food.

Steak was severely over cooked. Cocktail from bar was excellent. Same cocktail at table was un-drinkable.
Jack was an incredible server! Food was great.
Limited food choices, two out of 4 steaks were cooked incorrectly, bread was warm on the outside but still frozen inside.
The “in restaurant made” desserts were not creamy and tasted artificially.
The place was empty, service was slow.
