    Overall very enjoyable experience. Service and atmosphere were very strong. Food was quite good but not hot enough. Will dine there again.

    OUR SERVER, MICHAEL MADE THE LUNCH EXTRAORDINARY! We were celebrating a bride and he pulled out all the stops-free dessert, long stemmed rose, exceptional service. It was great! Lobster bisque and crab cake were stellar! French fries could have had a bit more truffle essence but overall a great experience!

    Service and quality of food was outstanding. I went for a business dinner and we were able to have great conversations without needing to raise our voices. Steaks were cooked to perfect temperatures.

    After going to restaurants at the same price point like Eddie V’s & etc, Sullivans is the worst in regards to service. My waiter was awesome but food took long coming out & the support staff were subpar. Drink were not up to par either. Most likely I won’t return to this establishment.

    Even at a Favorite Restaurant they can have a bad day. Somereason I chose a Chopped chicken Salad at a steakhouse and that was a Rookie Move. Just didn't taste right, chicken seemed borderline cooked...chalk it up to bad choice. Sullivans is always a winner, just missed the mark yesterday. Also they didn't charge me a felt bad. So standing behind their product as they always do.

    Chicken was not edible. Server gave my husband free cup of French onion soup to make up for it while he brought another entree.
