   Vodka Around the World was great. Each drink was paired nicely with the meals. Everything was explained perfectly.

   We had a 615 reservation. We were celebrating our grandson’s birthday. One Appetizer, (there were 7 of us)didn’t arrive until 745. Table was rarely cleared unless we asked, and food wasn’t brought when we decided to ask for the manager. He was disrespectful. He said he didn’t care When I pointed out that there was a green mysterious something in my other grandson’s lobster macaroni and cheese, I asked him to take it away, and he was extremely sarcastic and rude. He came back to the table telling us that brussels sprouts were cooked near the macaroni and cheese and lobster dish and that’s why one appeared in our grandsons serving. Not acceptable. When I pointed that out, he said he did not care.  he was sarcastic, arrogant, and completely out of place. We will never come to this place of business again nor should anybody else.

   Just had another outstanding meal at Sullivans! We're becoming regulars for a reason - the food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is always welcoming. But what truly stood out tonight was the exceptional service we received from Elvis. He was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled promptly and that we never had to wait long for the next course. He was friendly, efficient, and really made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

   The oysters were not shucked properly. There were shell fragments in each one I ate. My wife’s shrimp accompaniment came out almost after her meal. The same with the asparagus. My steak was ordered medium rare, came medium if not medium well. They took the steak and the manager apologized and stated the cook was a rookie. My steak never came. The waiter noticed towards the end of our meal. I asked them to bring it, and I would cut into it and check the temp. When the brought it, the temp was fine but the steak was pale. No grill marks, almost as if it was sous vide. Having stated all of this, the manager removed almost half the bill. That was generous but I was still quite disappointed at not having my steak at what was my favorite steak place. I usually have my company holiday dinner there as well. I’m hopping this was just growing pains.

   This is not the high end Sullivans we used to visit years ago. The quality of the food has gone down since the last time we dined here. Food was just ok for the amount of money we spent here. Ordered a Cosmo drink and then found out on the bill that it was $23???!! Our steaks were barely warm when we received them. Will not be returning.

    Our service was horrific. It took 40 minutes to get the bottle of wine we ordered and an hour and a half to get our food. The manager reassigned a server to make it right, which it sort of did but our experience was already tainted.
