This was our first time to visit. The manager (John) and waitress (Tracy) went above and beyond to ensure our experience was pleasant. Our food and service was impeccable. One of the best dining experiences ever. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary a memorable experience!

Walked in and I feel blown away like this is prefect for a romantic date, while waiting on my table I decided to have a drink . Next thing I know I was greeted with sir, your table is ready. I was in such hurry I almost forgot to pay for the drinks. Pull out my payment of choice which happen to be card, and what do you know the bar tender pockets it.. The steaks are on-point just don’t get the wrong cook, cooking your well done steak, but to make a long story short the manger handled everything with such manner I would suggest this steakhouse to anyone

We picked an unusually busy night where the food delivery was slightly slow. Our server Emily was spot on. Our manager Hal was very attentive and comped us on a round of drinks. My Salmon was delicious but too well done for my taste. However, I neglected to order it cooked to medium rare so that was my fault. As I requested a booth, we were seated in one but next to the kitchen. Every dish, server and bus staff, passed our way and thus, the evening was raucous. We love Sullivan's and again, Emily was excellent and she will always be requested. I will be more selective as to our booth location in the future as there were moments that I thought we might be showered with food. thank you Sullivan's for being our special occasion place. I've been going here for years and this is the first time the meal was a little off. Steak not cook correctly. They tried to fix it but I should of just requested a new one. Will most definitely go back again everyone has a bad day. But this better not happen again. To many good steakhouses in this town not be on every night.

We had wanted to go here for Valentine's Day but couldn't get a time we needed. The delayed celebration this past Saturday was well worth the wait! I have been to pretty much all of the top restaurants in Indy and this, especially as a steakhouse, ranks at the very top. The fillet was so tender and cooked to exact wishes, and the Oscar topping was just the right touch. The French onion soup and lobster bisque were mouth-watering and exquisite. The bread also tasty. The wine list was extensive with an array of choices. The creme brulée was just the right pièce de resistance. George was a TERRIFIC waiter, attentive, fun and gracious, but never hovering. Portions were generous. While the places was insanely busy, we never felt hurried through our meal. I can't wait to return.

Wife and I went for first time on 2/17 and were blown away. 22 oz bone-in ribeye? Yes please. It was fantastic. Mrs got the salmon and it was also top notch. Server Cathy (Kathy) was very attentive. Never had to ask for water or iced tea refill. We will be going back.

Sullivan's is great for what it is, an overpriced, modern shopping mall parking lot steakhouse. Service is exceptional and food is spot on. The room is overcrowded and the acoustics make you feel like you should have brought earplugs to avoid hearing loss. All in all exactly what you should expect. My opinion there are better restaurants with better food for a lot less money, but if this kind of place is what you're looking for, by all means enjoy!

The food for the most part was delicious, however the macaroni and cheese with lobster was very dry and not very good. I think it had been over-cooked in the microwave.

To whom it may concern,
My family and I have been going to Sullivan's for the last few years. Our first visit was for our sons birthday party. It was a great experience. and after that they were all good up to the last two. I would say we have been there 8-10 times as a conservative estimate.
This last experience was not one that I could leave and tell tell anyone that I recommend it.
I ordered my appetizer of Philadelphia cheese steak rolls with out honey mustard. It came out wrong, and on the third order it was corrected.
The waiter brought out our steaks and switched them on delivery, when we cut into them they were wrong temperate and he switched them back. I don't think mine was right after that. The scalloped potatoes had very little taste. The brussel sprouts and Knock out drink was great.
We were in the last booth right at the kitchen entrance and it was hard to feel relaxed when everyone was coming in and out.
The guest behind us was talking to the mangers for a period of time that just made me and my wife want to turn around and say "were trying to have a quite dinner here and celebrate our anniversary" we didn't but it was very odd. The manager would talk to them and then go talk to another booth and them come back and tell them what that couple said. It was bizarre.
I feel like I had to write this because I really liked this place 3 or 4 visits ago. I felt like it was "the place" for us to drive from Brazil, Indiana . I raved to others about it and put it up there with all the other steak restaurants. Not anymore. Now I will try somewhere else just because of this incident and the one before.

The restaurant's atmosphere is great! We started off with the cheese steak egg rolls and crab cakes. These are some of the best appetizers I have ever eaten. For the main meal, we both had steak and shared the horseradish mashed potatoes (good), mac n cheese (chewy, overcooked, great flavor), and steak cooked medium rare (disappointing, chewy and crunchy, okay flavor). The prices did not match the quality of the this meal. I will most likely come back, but only for the appetizers. Drinks are $12 and up, so I would not recommend appetizers and a drink. I would recommend stopping in and having a few appetizers.

Brussels sprouts were good but a bit oily and too finely chopped. The tuna was not seared deep enough. The lobster Mac was not too creamy, kind of tough.

Sullivan's is a very popular and pricey restaurant and bar. That being said, when you make a reservation you need to specify the main room or just go and take your chances getting a table at the bar. After waiting about 15 minutes after our reservation time we were shown to the very worst table in the restaurant. It was in the back room at the very back near the kitchen. Our waitress was more interested in getting us in and out than giving us a relaxing time. We had no more than sat down and she was harassing us on what we wanted to eat. I told her to give us a few minutes and she left in a huff. We ordered a bottle of wine and had to serve it ourselves after the first glass. She was in charge of another table of 14 that was in the same room so I understand she may have been under a lot of pressure. Since I was sitting in an awkward corner with the next tables chairs hitting the back of mine the servers couldn't get to me to give me water or serve my food. Instead they had to pass it to the person next to me to pass it to me. You don't expect this kind of poor service in a restaurant of this caliber. Very disappointing.

We went to Sullivan’s to celebrate our 13th anniversary as well as my recent promotion. We have always enjoyed Sullivan’s, the food, the people but this time was exceptionally good. Evan was the best server we had ever had. We tried a couple of new menu items that we had not tried before and he gave great recommendations on preparation for those dishes. What made the biggest impression on us about him was that from the very beginning he asked if we were on a time crunch? Were we trying to get in and out to catch a movie or something or were we just trying enjoy some time together. From that point, everything was timed perfectly from starters to dessert.

Had a great lunch with my daughter. We'd had a very busy week and needed time to reconnect. Gregory, our server, was attentive and friendly, even getting me a sample of a wine I was considering (good thing - I didn't care for it!). I had the 6 oz. filet and it was delicious. My daughter had the Delmonico steak with gorgonzola butter and was very happy with her choice as well. We'll be back.
