We sat in the bar and had wonderful service. Everything went great and we were even given a free dessert for my husband’s birthday. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Had a fantastic experience from the bartender, to our waiter, and the manager. All wanted to make sure our evening was perfect for our anniversary

Terribly disappointed this visit. Normally love SS. No mention of celebration. Steak overcooked. Seated too close to prep line, servers & cooks entirely too noisy. Will take a break for awhile before going back.

Food was excellent. Service also excellent. Definitely high priced but delicious. Was a bit loud in there.

The restaurant was buzzing when we got there; jammed pack with people who wished they had a reservation. We were expecting the experience would live up to that. However, it was subdued.

We got there at 6:30 PM and didn’t leave until 8:30 PM. B big busy is one thing, but that seldom excuses slow service. It wasn’t bad service, it was just slow... it took a while for our food to actually arrive, not to mention they forgot the bread and we had to request it.

As for the food, the Cheesesteak Eggroll was phenomenal. One of the best item I’ve had in Indy. The steak was another story... I had the bone in ribeye. Parts of it was phenomenal, part of it, I had to add the bourbon peppercorn sauce. Don’t get me wrong, the sauce was good... but if a steak needs sauce, that speaks for itself.

Overall, it was ok. My friend had similar sediments about his steak. The couple next to us left 3/4 if their steak untouched.

I’ll return for the Cheesesteak Eggroll.

Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic cocktails, and perfectly cooked steaks. The service was top notch and staff was super friendly. We will be back!

Great meal and wonderful service! The Sullivan's staff always does a good job of making you feel welcome and appreciated.

Sullivan’s is always consistently excellent. Waitstaff is always well trained and thoughtful. Management always helpful. Great bar with live entertainment. Doesn’t feel like a chain. More like an independent that works hard for every guest to have a great experience.

3 of the 4 of us were disappointed with our food. I sent back the lobster bisque which only tasted like nutmeg soup.

I took my teenage boys to Sullivan's Steakhouse for Steaks as a reward for good report cards! They said "This is the best meal I have ever eaten". The food was great, service was friendly and attentive and it was such a pleasant night to be out celebrating the success of my 2 young men.

I made reservations to try Sullivans for the first time on April 1st with my daughter who was visiting from college. We were seated promptly and escorted to a wobbly table. Our waiter George had to be new because he seemed to not be a bit clueless. We were informed that there was a set menu that we could choose from after I indicated my daughter didn’t want soup, salad, or dessert. Our forks were dirty with the remnants of food. I was given a glass of water which had shredded cheese in it and my wedge came with blue cheese crumbles not to mention it was watery perhaps the prepared rinsed the wedge on the same plate it was served on. The waiter replaced the water and after drinking I found miscellaneous particles in it. He brought me a third glass of water that I didn’t even bother to drink. My stuffed shrimp were great! My daughters steak was burnt and the dessert was pieced together as if it had been dropped. I am accustomed to eating at fine steakhouses such as Ruths Chris, Eddie Merlot, and Petersons. This however was a disaster! I ordered the augratin potatoes as well they were delicious so the score reflects out of the 7 items we were served 2 were delicious. My bill total was $91.56 at table 432/1 and I was deeply disappointed with the quality of service, cleanliness, and food. It is my resolve that I don’t intend on returning.

Enjoyed a wonderful Easter Brunch with our daughter and her boyfriend. There was a special menu offering a nice variety of options. Food was delicious and the service was great!

Easter Sunday at noon so very busy but we were never rushed. Server was excellent. Food was outstanding. There were 6 of us so we enjoyed several different entrees and sides. Everything was wonderful. Definitely would chose again.

We went for Easter brunch. The prime rib was amazing. Lobster mac cheese outstanding. Half price bottles of wine- great value. Server was great on a very busy day. Outstanding choices for a limited menu.

We hadn't been to Sullivan's in a year or so. The service was great no issues there. There gnats flying around my wife's wine throughout dinner that was quite annoying and not what you would expect at a high end restaurant. The steak fillet I had was a bit salty. We would consider another restaurant next time.

We were treated like second class citizens and our service and quality of the food were poor.

This was without a doubt one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. Everything was perfect, The mood, lighting, service and the food was so amazing. My meal started out with the French onion soup and it was a nice portioned bowl. I can't say enough about the soup topped with Gruyère, Swiss & Parmesan Cheese I would recommend a bowl of this wonderfulness to everyone. I then had the DRY-AGED LONG-BONE RIBEYE that was without a doubt the best ribeye I have ever eaten. I also had the ROASTED CAULIFLOWER with my meal simply amazing and cooked to perfection and topped with that wonderful vinaigrette.

We have been coming here probably for the last four years for our anniversary. I love the brusselsprouts , but you have changed the recipe the original shaved with bacon is much better not that these were bad just prefer the other.

The meat was amazing, but the sides were less than expected. Service was good. Ambiance was great and we were able to have good conversation and we weren’t trying to speak over music or other diners. The server took our butter knives when we still needed them and reached across people in our party, but he was very friendly and made excellent recommendations.

The steak I had was as good as I expected. I thoughts the sides were amazing. I really like the shaved Brussels Sprouts and the MAC and Cheese were very tasty. The service was right on time with taking care of our needs. A great time for all. I thought the temp was a little low to be comfortable, but we were by the outer seating. I’m looking forward to going back.

My wife and I had dinner Saturday night. The food , drink and service were exceptional. We dine in many fine restaurants and Sullivan's is one of our all time favorites. I'll point ought one thing, THE WINE LIST IS OUTRAGEOUSLY GREAT!

Service was outstanding table was set perfect for our experience

We went to Sullivan's to celebrate family member birthday. The night was ruined by the table sitting next to us who was extremely intoxicated and used foul language that could be heard by us and everyone surrounding them. The language was inappropriate in any setting, but especially since I had younger children with me. Sullivan's staff was made aware but didn't want to address issue with other patrons in fear that would create a problem.

Went there for our anniversary and was quite surprised with a rose pedal covered table cloth when we sat down. Food was excellent only over shadowed by great service from Dan, Corey and the others who helped make sure that we were taken care of. Great place to celebrate special occasions or if you just want to see great service in action.
