Service and food were both phenomenal...as always.
Ryan was a waiter and was on top of things, Hal the Manager stopped and checked on us several times. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!
Food was great. Like the fast that they came to my tangle and checked my steak before I even cut it to make sure it was cooked just right
Great food and great service. Filet mignon and winter salmon are very good.
Very good. Glad to go at lunch or an early dinner and it not be so busy. Will have to go back during that time see if quality and attentiveness is the same though.
The $39 meal deal was fantastic. Steak (8 oz. filet), bread, salad and cheesecake were fabulous. Didn't care for the green beans and mashed potatoes as much. Service was superb. Overall noise level was a little loud, but my wife and I will definitely consider coming back if the opportunity presents itself.
Steaks were great. Cheese steak egg rolls are really good. Service was excellent. It was a little loud in the main dining room, but not horrible. Overall great experience. I know we will be back.
Had an enjoyable lunch at Sullivan’s. Excellent food, great prices, good service. Will be back soon.
The expected elements were all excellent as usual, with one exception. The steak was so tough and sinewy as to be virtually impossible to cut, even with the steak knife provided. A major disappointment in my favorite Indy steakhouse.
Excellent predictable experience at a high price.
Sullivan’s has recently opened for lunch on Sunday’s and we were the only table in the whole restaurant for two and a half hours. The food was excellent and the server was very attentive.
We were told 40 minute wait for a table but waited an hour and 45 minutes. We were rushed through dinner. Put at a corner table and my husband kept getting bumped in the back of the head by servers. Very disappointed. Skip Sullivan’s and go to Ruth’s.
Staff made sure to make our anniversary dinner special. I did not make specia requests, just let them know it was our anniversary dinner in the reservation. They spread rose petals on our table and gave us a free desert and took our picture; all complimentary. You get what you pay for here.
This was the first time we’ve been there but we’ll definitely be back!! Service was great and the food was amazing!!
We had an excellent meal and great service. I'm glad we had reservations for 5:30 because it did get busy and loud by the time we left. Will keep Sullivan's on our favorites list for sure!
The bar table service was too slow-- Melinda was great but handling too many tables--- took us 2 1/2 hours to eat.
Great place! My wife and I loved it and we decided we wanted to start going there every year for our anniversary. I've never tried dry aged steak before and thats what i tried this time and it was great! My wife also ordered the lamb which neither of us have ever tried so we shared that and it was really good too. Thanks for the great experience.
Ordered from the Sure Thing menu, which was an amazing deal. Great steak cooked the way I ordered it. Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was amazing and did nearly put me in a sugar coma.
Great food and service! Accommodations for a business party of 9 were perfect!
Took my wife to Sullivan’s for her birthday dinner. It was pretty dead on a Monday night but the service was still slow, I could handle that if the food had been better. We started with a wedge of bad lettuce. Our cauliflower came out cold. The potato was good. The Damon was fishy. My filet that was supposed to be medium well was cooked well done. I just ate since didn’t want to wait a long time again to get food and served since this was a later dinner for us. This was not the Sullivans I remember. It was always one of our favorite places to go. The only highlight was the cheesecake and I’m sad to say that this wasn’t a great birthday dinner experience for my wife. We were very disappointed with the food and service.
The key lime pie is authentic and silky. It's heaven by the forkful. Steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked. It was a great celebration.
Awesome food and service
Sullivan's is our go to restaurant when we want top notch food and service. Terry was our server and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgable and was an outstanding server.
The food was excellent. Our waitress was outstanding. The service was real good. I would recommend.
Excellent food And a very friendly attentive server great experience overall
The menu was confusing....an associate ordered the salmon.....when he ordered they made up some name for Salmon....they claimed they had a winter salmon which is traditionally a King Salmon, they they claimed they had another species called Salmon Doro, which is something I have never heard of.....and was not searchable....I just need a honest communication
We hadn't been to Sullivan's in a while. I swear, it has gotten better! The steak was unbelievable. Actually, all the food was great. Looking forward to going back.
We were celebrating a Birthday. Service was average-not as good as would be expected at a higher end steakhouse.
The night we went, there were only a few other people so it was very quiet and the service was very fast. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, lump crown cake and filet mignon and it was delicious.
Though the food was good, we had terrible service tonight. We had to wait forever to get drinks and could not get the attention of the bartenders. Then our three sides never came out with our entrees. When the manager randomly stopped by to check on the table, we informed him of this and he went to “check on it” but never came back and did not apologize. We could not get out of there fast enough. There was no compensation for the ridiculousness. It’s too bad because the food that we did get was good, but I will not be returning anytime soon with such poor customer service.
Excellent food and service. However, the noise level was too high. My husband ordered his steak Oscar style for an additional $11. For that he got a tiny amount of crab, 4 asparagus spears and a small amount of Bearnaise sauce. Really not worth the $11 when you are paying $40+ for a steak in the first place. They did give me a complimentary piece of cheesecake for my birthday though, so that was nice.
The front staff was wonderful! They Welcomed us and offered to take our coats. We had a short wait. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem that we had was that they mixed up the cooking of our steaks. My bone in ribeye was to be medium and my husband’s strip steak was to be medium-well . They came out just the opposite. They adding cooking time to my husband’s steak but they said that mine was actually cooked medium. There was just a slight trace of pink but I didn’t ask for them to take it back. I was a little disappointed in my steak but the seasoning was tasty and the dessert of banana fosters bread pudding was Heavenly.
Server was excellent and very knowledgeable. Food was excellent as well as the service. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Sullivan’s.
Been awhile since we have been to Sullivan's. They have redecorated and lost the identity of the place. Food was very good. Service was not great...really slow.
Very disappointed with the entire evening. We were seated at a table for four in the middle of the floor. We sat for 19 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Host did stop and offer an apology and bought us an appetizer. Salad was the best part of the meal. Entree took for ever, when delivered server ask us to cut in the middle of the steaks center were perfect however mine was burnt so bad I could bounce my knife of it.(the burnt hard side was plate side down. My wife’s was cooked perfect in the center MR, but any place other than center was more well done. We have been there many times but I will say next time we won’t go there. Fleming’s, maybe.
Great food and great service. Oh ya and outstanding drinks.
Both orders came out incorrect. Wife’s steak was a bit over cooked and they plated the wrong steak for my order. They immediately made good on both and we ended up with a delicious ribeye to take home for another evening. Service was very good.
First time there. Been wanting to go for years. Ordered and ate ala cart, so it was more expensive then maybe it could have been, but the food overall was excellent. Only item we ordered I felt was a tad disappointing for the price was the rack of lamb. I know it is a pricey item, but felt the salmon (for the price) was a better entrée. The lobster bisque was outstanding. The cheesesteak egg rolls were fantastic. The jumbo shrimp cocktail (which I hadn't had any anywhere in YEARS) was great with standard cocktail sauce and a second (don't remember what it was called). the salmon was tender and very flavorful AND hot (temperature). The rack of lamb was flavorful and the sauce was good, but sticky. The main turn off was that it was a little cooler then I'd wanted. I felt it was slightly under cooked, but my server told me that was the way it was prepared.
They were packed for a weekend Valentine's Day menu. I recommend if going on a holiday, go earlier in the day. It was very loud and crowded at 8pm.
