   Our server was wonderful. She was undeniably amazing so I definitely have to give her credit for the job well done and our tip definitely show that we appreciated her and what she did. Now to the food… This is a seafood and steakhouse and every single person in our group that order steak, got it Rare or medium rare, though they requested medium well and medium. One of the steaks was taken back about three times and each time they cut into it to show them that it still wasn’t cooked and they kept re-cooking the same steak until the pieces that were already cook were dried all the way out until the meat was white and they still kept sending that same steak over and over again. The service was great, and after hearing such great reviews about the food my expectation was completely different. I was very disappointed and was not a good way to end my birthday celebration.

   Sullivan's Steakhouse - Charlotte I was celebrating my birthday here on a recommendation. It was a rainy evening and when we drove into the parking lot it was not clear that there was only complimentary valet parking. I thought that was the case from reading another review, however, the valet was across from the restaurant and there was no one there when we pulled in. So, I had to go in and ask what to do. While the hostess knew it was my birthday, we discovered later that our servers did not. Our server was training a new server; however, we felt she could use additional training, herself. We had to ask for just about everything that she should have been paying attention to. She was more attentive later in the meal when we did not need her and not very attentive at the beginning, when we did need her. My wife ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and while we expect that they were going for presentation, the whole leaf romaine just seemed like she had to do the work that the kitchen should have done, and she said that the croutons were hard as a rock. My bone-in ribeye, baked potato and salad, were excellent, as were our desserts. The noise level was unpleasantly loud. No visit from the manager to ask how we were doing, although he did spend a considerable amount of time at other tables. Overall, we decided we would not return here. The value for $$ is not worth it. While the food was pretty good, the service was very lacking and we have had much better experiences, elsewhere.

   We went on Easter Sunday a late lunch/early dinner. Ashley was our server she was a 10 out of 10. We ordered lump crab stuffed shrimp, a filet, Mac & cheese w/o lobster and wedge salad! Oh yeah key lime pie to go! We enjoyed our meal so much and currently eating the key lime pie! I would recommend this restaurant my steak was cooked exactly how I like it! it was flavorful, not dry and I did not need any steak sauce. The stuffed shrimp were delicious and huge with a large portion or crab! I normally would not order Mac and Cheese at restaurants but the 3 cheese Mac was sooo good! And last but not least least the wedge salad with bacon !!! Please try it the blue cheese is made there it’s delicious! We will be returning soon just for dinner no special occasion!

   Food was good and waiter was very nice. Our steak orders got mixed up so one person had to wait longer for their food. I ordered 12 oz filet and my daughter ordered the 8 oz.filet but they both came out the same size.

   Restaurant was very average compared to other high end steak restaurants. The restaurant decor is very dated and needs a facelift. Service was not great.

   Our first time here but won't be the last. Ambiance was relaxing and the food was amazing. Best steakhouse we have had in Charlotte.

   Nike and the service the entire evening was spot on. Food was great as usual with no issues. I always recommend folks that are looking for a quiet, always spot on place would be here.

   Perfect dinner with a fantastic server, Liam. He was extremely helpful and super nice! Everyone that worked there was very friendly but the next time we visited we will definitely request Liam! On another note the lobster shrimp bisque was wonderful and they sure know how to make a great steak!

    Liam was an amazing server. He was very knowledgeable and provided just the right amount of engagement . Definitely will choose Sullivans and Liam again!!
