    A very dark restaurant to the point where you can help us not read the menu. Service was phenomenal as where the cocktails. Filet mignon, mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach, bisque, and Caesar salad were all very good. Just did not think anything was over the top delicious that I would return.

    We've been here several times and it's always been great service for the most part. This is the first time I've been for late lunch. They were understaffed and I'm assuming trying to get ready for dinner hours. There were only four tables and one and half waiters. Person in the both next to us was dining alone with her phone on speaker as a companion. This is not what one expects in fine dinning situation regardless of time on day. My Steak was significantly undercooked, raw and cold. No big deal really an easy fix, unfortunately our waiter disappeared. I could see him at the far end of the bar helping with glasses, the manger and the wine steward who was doubling as the other half wait staff, where in the wine room sorting inventory for the up and coming evening and no one was available to hale. Finally the Maître d passed by and we asked if she would be so kind as to get our waiter. She immediately went to the bar area and returned saying he would be right with us. Around another 8 to 10 minutes passed before he immerged. My son in law had already finished his entire meal by this time and the waiter cleared his empty plate along with taking mine to back grill. The steak was returned by the wine steward and asked my son in law if he wanted a plate. We informed him that he already finished his meal to which his comment was "You woof it". When I said the our waiter disappeared he didn't even wait for the pronunciation of the ed and walked off. I get it, not his job but dang. Anyway, steak was great with a little heat in it! We had sweet potato casserole and mashed potato which were excellent also. My advise is keep to the dinner hours.

    I took my mom and sister for lunch to celebrate my sister’s birthday! We could not have gone to a better restaurant than Sullivans! The service was fantastic and food was delicious! We had a wonderful server and the manager went out of his way to make our experience perfect! Can’t wait to go back!

    We had a 7:15 reservation for 4. We arrived a little before 7 and headed into the bar to have a drink while we waited... and waited and waited and waited. After 45 minutes we went over to the hostess stand to inquire about our table and were told there were 4 parties to be seated in front of us. This is already 45 minutes PAST our reservation time and at no time did n=anyone come over to apologize for the delay or give an update on the time. We were FINALLY seated at 8:30 where the waiter Liam (who was the only good experience of the night) greeted us brought us drinks and took an app order. The calamari was delivered somewhat promptly but was terrible. We then waited somewhat of a longer time and finally ordered our meals. We then sat and waited and waited and waited again. Liam stopped by to tell us it would be two minutes more and our meals would be right out. It is now 9:00 p.m. almost 2 hours after our reservation time and we still do not have our meals. Finally at 9:20 more than 2 hours after our reservation and no meal, we got up and informed the manager that we would like to pay our tab for the drinks we had and the app and we were leaving. We were not going to pay hundreds of dollars for a terrible experience. I realize everyone has a bad night once in a while but no one at this establishment ever came over to our table to apologize for the wait or to offer any thing us for our patience. I hope they can resolve whatever issues they have I would not reccemend this place.

    I made reservations at Sullivan for my birthday. I had been there before and had a wonderful experience. Well, on 5.17.2025, the experience was terrible. I made a reservation but was informed that the restaurant had overbooked. I felt that was a lie. People who came after me, whose reservation was after my time, was seated before me. Not just one but three. My server was great. My food was not the way I ordered it. We were served bread but no plates. We had to ask for water. My date stated he never wants to come back. I just wanted to enjoy my birthday, but it did not turn out that way. Decandice Young
