   Another Amazing Dinner at Sullivan Scrap Kitchen. This place put so much care and creativity into each dish. We've had several dinners with friends, and every dish was universally loved--veggies, meats, appetizers, desserts. We highly recommend the scrap kitchen, you will love every bite!

   We have only been to "burger night", which was fabulous. Freshly made buns, ground beef, vegetables, french fries, and wonderful deserts. I highly recommend going to Sullivans, they are also a highly sustainable business in Colorado's "GreenBiz Network". I plan to check their brunch out on Fri - Sun.

   It was an amazing meal. The burgers are delicious. We tried the scrap beef patty, the smash beef patties, and the fried chicken sandwich. All were wonderful. Next time we plan to try the full tasting menu.

   We had a really pleasant dining experience here. The food was such fantastic quality. We were really happy with our meals. The ambience reminds me of a typical café. Our server was polite and attentive. We will be definitely coming back again.

    We went for brunch for the first time in this relaxed casual space. All the waitstaff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Drew was our waitress this time, and her sourdough pancake appetizer suggestion was spot on and the breakfast sandwich was amazing. Slightly higher than average prices, but a bargain for the quality. Amazing service and outstanding food and fantastic flavors! The open kitchen concept is very inviting where we can see the chefs working on their new culinary ideas, and the smells are wonderful.     We had lunch here on May 5, first time for both of us. My companion had the smoked trout Caesar salad, i had the chicken club. Both were delicious and plentiful. The club sandwich came with fries that were hot, crisp and delicious. A very generous sandwich -- i took half home and had it for dinner. Sullivan Scrap Kitchen is a modest enterprise, with about a dozen tables in side and several more outside. The waitperson was friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely return, as the restaurant has interesting dinner menu choices. Give it a try!

    This is our second visit to Sullivan Scrap Kitchen, and we came specifically for Thursday Burger night -- these guys won the Westword “Best of Denver” Burger in 2021 and we wanted to see if all the great burger reviews were true. The three of us tried several different things, including the following excellent appetizer, burgers and main dish: •The RIVERBED appetizer small plate – comprised of fingerlings, rocky mountain smoked trout and trout roe, sorrel, ramps, cucumber, with herb jus and creme fraiche •A MUSHROOM AND BORDERLINE SWISS burger – with comte cheese, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms on a house sesame roll •Their traditional PATTY MELT – a smashed burger with river bear bacon, cheddar, caramelized onion, pickles, burger sauce on homemade sourdough •And a main course - MISO GLAZED ROCKY MOUNTAIN TROUT, which also included cucumber, buttermilk, mushrooms, carrots, dill, and sorrel While we were waiting, we were treated to complimentary bread apps/amuse bouche, which set an excellent tone for the evening. The riverbed appetizer was spectacular and we all enjoyed it, causing one of us to order the Miso glazed trout for dinner, which had lots of fresh flavors and texture, and each ingredient perfectly complemented each other. I also loved that our waitress told about all the local sustainable organic fresh ingredients used by Sullivan in their dishes. Now to the burgers! The Thursday night burger night was incredible. It was the BEST burger I have had in my 11 years here in Denver. First off, the grass fed beef was excellent and the smash burger style combined with River bear bacon was so good, while the toasted sourdough was excellent. The fries were hand cut and were excellent and fresh. My wife raved about the mushroom swiss burger and the bun (made on site) was airy and toasted to perfection. The space is cozy and fresh and feels like just the right setting for this type of food. You must come here – we highly recommend!

    Excellent food and service. Smaller menu but plenty of unique offerings. Great wines! Everything was outstanding. We had the 9-course tasting menu and the quality and presentation of the food was off the charts! My wife and I were extremely pleased with all of the courses and the staff were so helpful. Our server Becca was the best. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable about all the menu items and made our experience wonderful. We never felt rushed, and the owner/chef came out a couple of times to explain some of the more nuanced dishes and it was delightful. The house made mushroom risotto is a not to be missed favorite. And then, dessert. The chocolate mousse was so light and airy and the beignets dish with three dipping sauces was divine. This fine restaurant is a destination for an excellent evening out, and we give this place our highest recommendation.

    Wonderful little neighborhood spot that should also be taken seriously as a culinary destination in Denver. We’ve been for dinner and brunch multiple times now and we’ve yet to be let down by a single dish. Highly recommend the tasting menu - usually a great combination of classic and experimental.

    I am a little afraid to write what I want to write because this is a hidden gem. The food was delicious, and our server, while misinformed, was polite and friendly. I wish it was located next to me. But it is definitely worth the drive.
