Always a pleasure eating at Sugo. My husband and I have been frequenting the restaurant for years and our experience is always top notch. The food is excellent, the ambiance is great and I always leave knowing we will be back again soon! I often find myself craving certain menu items. Thanks again for a great night!

The food was amazing. We were a table of 8. Seating was tight, tucked in the back. We were first assigned a waiter and then we were reassigned to a more experienced waitress. Our service was slow and not all the meals within the course were served simultaneously. She apologized for the slow service several times, particularly getting our checks. Overall, we enjoyed our evening and the food was delicious, but service and ambiance should have been better.

Mr. C is also present and attentive. Server was very polite and attentive as well. Food is usually always on par. I ordered the scallops which were very tasty but they were served on some kind of flat pasta and tomatoes that were cold and not flavorful. My husband ordered the braciole which is always good. I would not order the scallops again unless I could substitute the rest of the meal. $28 is a lot for 4 scallops on a bed of cold, tasteless pasta. We will return for the rest of the menu. The cappuccino was cold and had to be reordered as well.

My Italian family said the meatballs were the best ever. (Did I mention that my mom's maiden name is Rao?). The service was UNMATCHED. Our waitress was charming and the owner came to our table (5 adults, 2 kids and 2 18 year olds) THREE TIMES to make sure that we had everything we needed. On a Saturday night. With hundreds of folks in and out - he made is feel like we were the only ones in the place. I am pretty sure we ate a bakery's worth of the bread - it was delish. I had the fish of the day with the most amazing pumpkin ravioli. We are a VERY tough crew - vegan, no onion, extra onion, paleo - we got high maintainance covered - they were impeccable. Cant wait to go back! Did I mention that the owner is so cute and so proud of how they prepare food and where they source it from - we were enchanted before we ate a bite.

PS: We are not big drinkers but the tray of drinks that went to the table next to us looked amazing. Cant wait to go back SOON!

A gem right here in the Johns Creek neighborhood. The food is exceptional. I recently decided to go 100% vegetarian plant base foods only. I was surprised by the options available for my taste of foods. In addition, there was equally fair variations of good food available for my wife who is not vegetarian. We both enjoyed our selections. You must try the Zucchini Spaghetti.

Food and service were excellent. A very crowded Valentine’s Day crowd handled very well with adequate staffing, I.e. food served timely, no delays, everything worked beautifully.
