Staff was kind enough to seat us and serve us right before last call. Would eat there again, not just for the excellent service, but the good food as well
Cool little place for breakfast with unique menu items. Great service all around and quiet enough to hold a conversation. This was our third visit.
Food was delicious! I loved the pig ear's salad, oysters, and the sushi!
Always a great time here! We love the food and the staff is friendly and fun.
We sat at the bar and both bartenders were supppper nice and attentive - I actually will go back this weekend - the place was clean and quiet and the food was excellent - wonderful place to have a nice cocktail
Unbelievable service from Raquel. Greatttt service. Food wells great.
Very good food. Alittle pricey, but good food and service. We will go again
Duck & waffles and beef empanadas were 🔥 drinks delicious and fair prices for Vegas. Highly recommend for brunch & groups.
Wonderful service. Delicious food! Great location at the Venetian.
Server was great. 1st course was goat cheese croquettes that looked and tasted like they came frozen in a bag. 2nd course was brussel sprouts with cold orange slices on top that besides the orange were tasty. 3rd course was salmon skewer. The salmon was incredibly fishy and the corn was frozen. Manager promptly removed the salmon. Wouldn't recommend.
I was excited for my anniversary dinner celebration and had a horrible experience. For my stater they brought the wrong salad and my first course meal it was a disappointment. I’ve order the gnocchi and tasted like flour dough, a cement brick. Could not finish my meal. :-(
We got the goat cheese croquettes, Caesar salad, and two orders of the duck fried rice + foie gras. It was all very delicious: the Caesar salad came with hearts of palm which is a big plus for me, and the croquettes and duck fried rice were cooked and fried pretty perfectly, but it’s hard to mess up fried rice so there’s that. The Mexican Lemon Drop and Strawberry Balsamic cocktails were *chef’s kiss*
For the ambiance and service, we had to wait outside for 5-10 minutes because our waiter was overwhelmed with his current tables of about 2 people. Once we were seated he was quick to drop the menus and leave without taking drink orders. He had an attitude as he remarked, “this isn’t a Mexican restaurant,” when I asked if they had an appetizer with chips. Not sure if it was because of COVID or the service that the restaurant was pretty empty, but that could be a good or bad quality depending on your interests. I do prefer more crowded restaurants, and even though we were surrounded by empty tables, it didn’t feel too desolate at the time, so I’d say they did a good job with the capacity that they had.
Overall, I wouldn’t go here again nor recommend someone go here solely because of all the other spectacular restaurants Vegas has to offer, but for a spur of the moment meal it’s not bad.
I was choosing a restaurant to surprise my husband. I chose this one based on a recent review of their Cuban sandwich on Open Table. Unfortunately, there was no such item on the menu. We decided to try items we hadn’t tried anywhere. So we ordered lamb chops and Brussel sprouts. Our meal was fabulous.
Other than being short staffed everything was great
I went specifically for the toad in the hole dish, unfortunately they were sold out. The mushrooms Benedict was absolutely delicious. We sent back the shrimp and polenta, the shrimp was very boring and the poached eggs were over cooked and basically hard boiled texture. Terrible dish. Our server didn't tell us the specials, but told the table next to us. She didn't seem very enthused to be hosting us, yet the other tables in her section had her undivided attention.
Food was delicious. I didn’t give five stars across the board because it was incredibly loud. It was late evening & not very crowded so the noise level shouldn’t have been that high.
Food is always phenomenal
Was very surprised at how good breakfast was. We were not expecting a 5 star breakfast, but both of us said we would definitely return for any meal of the day. The smoked salmon breakfast was out of this world with flavor! The only issue we did not like, was the size of the small table we sat at. Otherwise, food, service, ambience, privacy, everything about this restaurant was amazing! Can hardly wait to have dinner here!
Sugarcane had the most amazing Cubans sandwich we have ever had. It was crispy and savory in all the right places. We had no trouble getting seated right away and our food came out fast. If you are with a party, definitely order the beignets, they were light, airy and delicious. Not overly fried or oily which sometimes beignets can be.
Drinks are good
Ran out of wings
Good food, good service. The banquettes are worn and sitting there is so low you feel like a kid at the grown-ups table.
Love the family style, small plate service. Highly recommend the bone marrow.
Super good food and super kind staff! I had a great time and the food was delicious as well.
Excellent Service & food was amazing!
Three adults for dinner. There was a slight glitch in the beginning regarding tonic water and received club soda...immediately fixed and multiple apologies. We shared the croquettes, some pork I think it was wontons but I don't remember. Also had the skirt steak which was off the charts and the salmon skewer was very good too. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
The service was not great and the portion size to cost is also not great.
We had a reservation and asked specifically about the happy hour menu and were then seated at a table. Were then advised we had to sit at the bar for Happy Hour (why were we seated at a table). There was plenty of bar space but a lack of chairs so the bar was turning people away if they couldn't find a seat at the bar. There were maybe 2 tables seated ion the entire restaurant. Poor service - check, poor management - check, poor communication - check, greedy - check. I'll not go back.
Food = AMAZING! Staff = excellent! Great spot!!!!!
All aspects of our dinner at Sugarcane were excellent.
Worth the price.
Underwhelming. Service was good but food quality for me was just okay. Dozen happy hour oysters, Korean fried wings, French fries, sliders, goat cheese croquettes and blackberry cocktails. First, I wish the oysters came with a mignonette, they only came with a teaspoon cocktail sauce, Tabasco and 3 wimpy slices of lemon. That was rough. The only thing I enjoyed were the French fries. Is that sad?
Second time dining here. Excellent service, food was fantastic. The empanadas on the appetizer were delish!
Seated quickly. Adrian was our server, and he was pretty busy. He got our drink orders reasonably quick and got our first order in. Those drinks were very strong and very good. We loved the hand rolls and oysters. The lorrejas was by far over the top. Excellent food, excellent service.
Literally the best food and staff on the strip! Great menu and drink selection!
2nd time here, was hoping this return would be better than my first experience. Had the mushroom eggs benedict and I'm sorry, but this was just downright gross. Two other guests had the salmon eggs benedict minus the salmon and both said it was inedible. Service was slow, which was my main issue the first time here. To each their own, but I don't think this restaurant is worth the hype at all. Maybe I'm just ordering the wrong thing, but what I've had so far over two visits has not been great.
Food was very good, though expensive. Music was a bit too loud for brunchtime…
We had great service and the food was excellent. We ordered the medium seafood tower and it was well worth the price.
This is the sister venue of Sugarcane in Miami.
The food (and overall the whole menu) is very similar to what Miami offers, but the feel is very different. The space is not as open (since it is located inside the hotel) and that takes away from the ambiance. We were warned by the host that they are understaffed, and although our server was as fast as humanly possible (which we appreciated) it still felt frustrating. Some items never actually arrived (which were taken off the bill). Overall, I’m not sure if I will be back there any time soon. I do visit the Miami location every time I’m in Miami though.
One of my favorite places in Vegas for breakfast. Been here many times and never disappointed.
