At Half Moon Resort we are committed to sourcing locally grown and seasonal produce. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is as historic as it is iconic. You will be overcome by a sense of awe as you enter the former Running Gut Estate. It is nestled in an alcove beside a 17th century water mill. You can feel the history within the existing walls that once served as the foundation of a sugar cane plantation dating back to 1676.

Sugar Mill restaurant is the most amazingly beautiful place to dine after dark. The ambiance is incredible. The service and the foods are top notch. I enjoy dining at sugar mill whenever I’m in Jamaica.

This was such an AMAZING experience. While visiting Jamaica, I took my boyfriend here for Fathers Day. The service was over and beyond what we expected or could ask for. The food was definitely 5 star! I can’t wait to revisit here when I’m back in Jamaica!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sugar Mill Restaurant and I must say the experience was exceptional. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Extremely over priced. Hot coffee spilled on one diners legs. Smoked Marlin was excellent, however, the overall quality of food was not good and again, extremely overpriced.

Beautiful restaurant on a beautiful property. Services from the door staff to waiters were top notch. Food and wine paring were delicious! Ms. Sharon was our waitress and she deserves all of the flowers…..wonderful experience. My boyfriend’s birthday was so special thanks to the staff!

Celebrated my birthday at Sugar Mill Restaurant and it was a 10/10 experience. Staff was amazing. Food was spectacular. They sang the happy birthday song and I got complimentary cake. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend!
