   Their scheduling was way off and the bill was over $60 for one person. Nice service but not sure if I'd eat there again

   I was very embarrassed when I showed up at the BRIX to celebrate my wife’s birthday with my reservation at noon, to be told that Sugar High opens at 5:00pm and that there is an issue with the online booking. This was supposed to be a surprise lunch for my wife and I can never explain how embarrassed I was. Please reach out to the vendor to fix this so others would be saved the same fate as me.

   This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived I was told the restaurant was closed and did not serve brunch. I was then told that the restaurant downstairs also wouldn’t accommodate us although we’d driven 1.5 hours to arrive. Then the manager told me that the restaurant was not on OpenTable and that I was “phished” and should be careful. The restaurant manager then came out to inform me that they were indeed on open table and it was an error on her part. The manager then rolled her eyes and walked away. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and would not recommend this place.
