Honestly it was awful. The food was terrible. The server was super slow and not very nice. So disappointed. We chose this place for my daughter’s tenth bday.

We arrived for a dinner before a broadway show. Made reservations for 5:00 since our show was at 7:00 and 1 block away. Party of Two sat right beside a birthday party or bachelorette party not really sure but they were drinking and loud. I don’t mind people having fun but it was very loud. Order was lost and after 45 minutes waiter comes and tells us order was lost and it would be out in 5 minutes (actually took an additional 10) manager delivered food and did not apologize. He said should have planned better if you are going to a show. Will not have to worry about Sugar Factory time square ever again!!!!!!

One of our best meals in NYC despite reading mixed reviews. Sliders were delicious as was the teriyaki stir fry! Chicken sandwich was very good! Best part was our service! Warren G was amazing!!! He was Funny and attentive and went above and beyond! Thanks For a fun and memorable meal!!!

Decor could use some updating, particularly given the prices they charge. Some of the bench seating upstairs was very worn out and cracked. It was a bit disappointing that for a 12:15pm reservation you could only order from the Brunch menu - this was never disclosed when I made the reservation. Service was good and our waiter cordial. Milkshakes & alcoholic beverages did not disappoint. Food we did order was very good.

Food was inedible the waitress couldn’t answer any questions every answer was let me ask my manager. Felt pressured to leave a good review for a free treat. Not good at all way too many better options in that location than to eat there! Not worth the price at all!

The Sugar Factory was such an amazing place to go to four our first time there. Everyone was wonderful and so nice. And especially Bella who was the one that took care of us! She treated us with care and love and kindness! We gave her a tip in cash because that is what she deserves! We taken a group picture because she was such an amazing worker to be around! The picture is up on my page on instagram at @expiredali.97 She made my homegirl Samantha made her feel really special on her birthday yesterday June 5th and it was amazing! I loved everything from start to finish! We will definitely be coming back here again! And I’ll bring more people with us or different people with different occasions. Make sure Bella from Sugar Factory who works in Times Square sees this and knows she’s deeply appreciated. The beautiful group picture is up there! Thank you for everything yesterday you were absolutely stunning! Sincerely~ Alicia , love you thank you for everything once again!

Waitress forgot I had requested son’s birthday celebration and didn’t refill our water once. Music was way too loud where we were seated. Food was good though and good celebration atmosphere.
