Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

It was my 21st birthday and they made it feel very special for me. Obviously very busy spot so food took a little long but the energy of the servers and the managers really makes up for it. Loved every second of it thank you for going all out for me.

I love the drinks here. They are very creative and tasty. The menu is vast and has lots of options for both drinks and food. I was disappointed in our food. I ordered chicken penne which was very dry and the noodles were undercooked. My husband ordered and turkey burger and said that it was tasteless. The waitstaff were nice and energetic celebrating all of the many, many birthdays of the guests.

My hamburger came out raw debt back cane out the sane way. The manager did take it off my bill. Place to go for dessert of drinks.

Food was good. Had a nice waitress. Music was good. They could use some new chairs though. All the leather ones were peeling but not a huge deal. Was pleased with our visit.

I did not enjoy this experience. However, I did not know what to expect. The ambience was beyond loud that talking to my friend across the table was impossible. The food took over an hour to come out. Based on what I observed, nothing was the restaurants fault. This isn’t my type of restaurant. I usually dine at Council Oak. Sugar Factory is geared towards kids, family and loud atmosphere.

Waiter and Manager were both amazing. There was some uncontrollable issues with the kitchen, but the staff did an excellent job correcting the issues while still making it an incredible experience.

As soon as we arrived we felt very welcome. Our server Zack was very polite and professional. He made that my daughter had a blast on her birthday. The food was delicious and the drinks as well.

Sliders appetizer buns were hard as a rock. Asian salad was great but was not as depicted on menu, just came out in a bowl. Very small selection of beers Will not return as price was well above value of food. Server was excellent.

The energy if a weekday reservation should match a weekend 1. Our server was ok but didn't seem as excited as the others in celebrating my 13 year old bday. I would still recommend buy on a dumbed down level.

Absolutely recommend! Late stop for party bus of 20 women all HAD A BLAST! Hannah did an excellent job - drinks and desserts were delicious! Atmosphere was perfect for birthday celebration. Manager Michael is obviously a PRO!!! Great job by all - experience was UNFORGETTABLE. Thank you Sugar Factory!!!

Billie at the bar was a delight! We had planned on a table but ate at the bar to get the happy hour specials. We were unprepared for the noise level, but that’s on us because we didn’t really read reviews beforehand.

Food was good. Restaurant needs new chairs badly. Drinks were good but so much ice that it froze through and we couldn’t drink half of our $40 each fish bowl drinks.

Food was excellent!!!! Desserts were more novelty than practical, but fun for kiddos!!! Noise level was way too much. Between constant birthday announcements and the small space it is acoustically overwhelming.

We were there for my daughter, sweet 16 birthday. Everything was exceptional! Great food, great service, great birthday, greetings, very nice and clean! I will definitely be back and definitely recommend Sugar Factory to everybody!

We went with 9 of us to celebrate my daughters bday, the drinks and dessert were great however our food was horrible. They brought out 7 of our foods the last two didn’t get brought out until the whole table was done eating, then finally when they brought out the pasta it looked like soup, the Alfredo sauce was so watery and nasty. My husbands chicken sandwich was rubbery and the baguette was hard and dry. It was very over priced for what we ordered and made it a not a great experience.

If you’re looking for overpriced food, watered down drinks, cheap ingredients, and people screaming and shouting every ten minutes for someone’s birthday or special occasion, this is the place to be. Note: don’t tell them you’re celebrating anything if you don’t want them to publicly announce it and shout at the top of their lungs involving the whole restaurant full of people.

It was our first visit. There were rave reviews, so we wanted to try. We had a reservation. The place was almost empty at 4:15. only five customers were beside us. It took literally 50 minutes for our food to arrive when the area was practically empty. Would it help that our order was simply cheeseburgers and fries? That was it! We did not order anything that is usually popular with the place (i.e... Over-the-top milkshakes, iced teas, and whatnot). We had water with our dinner. The next day for lunch, we opted instead to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and when we passed by the Sugar Factory, it was surprisingly empty during lunch hour. Perhaps, the other locations are good... but not this one based on our experience.

My server from yesterday was Amazing ! From the moment we set down he gave great customer service. He made my daughter birthday very special. He came by check on us, came and got our order right away. And when it was as time to sing he made us feel so welcome. Overall 10/10

I have been to the Orlando location before and I guess that was what I was expecting. I thought my son would really enjoy the atmosphere for his birthday. This was nothing like it. It looks and feels like a repurposed Johnny Rockets.
