   Service was ok. Not much interaction with us. It was not busy by any means, yet our drinks sat at the bar for a very long time. Chairs were all ripped and table was cracking and dirty. Regular Mimosas were over priced and barely any champagne.

   Fun, but the birthday recognition for customers was way too loud, call back screaming was not appreciated. Didn't fit in with the restaurant theme. But, good desserts, definitely a unique experience.

   The Sugar Factory was a great experience. The food was amazing especially the drinks and everything comes out to you in a very timely manner, and the service was great as well!

    We went for my friend's birthday party. The desserts were phenomenal. The decor was amazing. However the meals including desserts are over priced for what it is. I had the sugar factory burger and the ones my dad makes from home address way better. The burger is definitely not worth $19. It was bland, no seasoning. I've had way better at other places. Luckily I had a Groupon that covered my food. $45 for a burger and shake totally not worth it - sorry but I wasn't impressed by the actual meal.

    This was my second time visiting Sugar Factory. Both times (even though over a year apart), the restaurant was highly understaffed, and there was only one person working the bar. During my first visit, I was treated much better. I asked the bartender for a cocktail with gummy candy from the menu and he even brought me a side of gummy candy. This time, I ordered the sliders from the appetizer menu, and instead received some crazy rainbow sliders that were twice the price. I had waited so long at that point and had tickets to a show in the casino, that I had no choice but to eat. I asked the bartender for a cocktail with gummy candy just as I had during my last visit, and he told me no! I said I will pay you whatever you want (even though I had already received the wrong order), and he said no! I said I don't have time to drink an entire fishbowl because it has taken so long to get my order and I have to get to a show. All I want is a cocktail with gummy candy. I even told him I would pay extra for gummy candy and he still said no. What the hell? It was clear that they didn't want my money and they were so rude, yet I still politely left a tip (although I really shouldn't have). My bill was well over $60 with tip and I would have been happier with a McDonald's Happy Meal if I'm being honest. I definitely will NOT be returning. Horrible across the board and I will NOT be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

    The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing and fun. The food and drinks were tasty and fun to share with fellow table mates. Staff were pleasant and responsive. Overall, it was a phenomenal first visit to this restaurant!

    Had a great time out with my mom. Very noisy, but went during a weekday so probably not as crazy as it could be. The food was delicious but salty. Had the pan seared salmon. Loved my Sugardaddy milkshake!

    I would recommend going to the Sugar Factory for the experience and the desserts. My granddaughter's Insane shake was awesome. However, we were not impressed with the quality of the dinner foods. We ordered two servings of slider and a full order of onion rings. The Onion rings were fine, but you would think for the price of the sliders ($26 for 5 sliders) they would be a lot better. The burgers were very dry, had very little "special sauce". Even they rolls were dry. All-in-all, the quality of the food didn't match the cost.

    Chicken came out raw, both medium burgers were burnt and supposed to be medium. The fried food was Luke warm.Milkshake was great.

    Arrived late and they accommodated us. That was nice. Drinks and food took too long to come out. At least they were tasty. We all had burgers so I can’t speak on the other food. Vanilla milk shake was good and the hypnotic goblet was good and big enough to share. Probably won’t be back. A one and done for me.

    The food tasted good and was cooked well. The atmosphere was super fun and energetic. Was loud, but to be expected for the type of restaurant it is. I strongly suggest the cookie monster milkshake for dessert.

    Poor service. I had planned to order an espresso drink and was told the machine was broken. When I received my order they forgot my bacon. It took forever to get my waiters attention. When I finally did I asked for salt & pepper, Tabasco. By the time he brought it my eggs and hash brown were cold and so was the bacon he brought me. He never asked if I wanted a refill on my coffee till the end. We wanted to order dessert and again I had to get his attention to order. He was not attentive, I felt like we were not important enough guest for him to serve as he regularly went to other tables and had conversations with them.

    It is very loud. You can't talk to others at your table because of the noise. The milkshakes are more like milk with flavoring. Almost room temperature. It is not worth the price. I will not go back. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
