   Honestly, you’re paying for the “experience” which in my opinion was fine going once. It is not something I’d go back again. Very over priced

   Made reservations at 10:30, wouldn’t seat us until 11. When finally seated, cups had old lipstick stains on them and utensils were not clean.

   The food was OK. Nothing to write home about. The drinks were tasty! Our birthday celebration was disappointing because the platter didn’t look like any of the pictures. Only 1 sparkler lit. There were no waffle cones and it was mostly whipped cream covering a few scoops of ice-cream. The music was great! The light show was cute and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. P.S. The magician is a swindler.

   Awful . Tenders , not chicken pieces . Heavily breaded . Heavily . No taste . Lousy waffle . Took over 30 minutes . In an empty restaurant. Welcome to America ,2023

   This restaurant is 100 percent nothing like it used to be and 100 percent not what is promoted. We were out in a corner by a door that whatever was in that door was extremely smelly. The food was the worst and most expensive ever experienced. I probably could have gotten better burgers at Burger King. There was no hype or fun except when they sing happy birthday for 5 seconds. There was nothing that was enjoyed about this place. Additionally if you will charge this much for food you would think there would be real cups plates except it was plastic. I definitely regret going there with my family.

   Totally disappointed. Disgusting!!! Sooo dirty!! Nasty bathrooms. And i mean nasty!!!! The floors were so slippery of the grease on them!!! The food expensive!! There was a hair in my drink!!! Never ever going back to the place!!

   Worst dining experience of my life. Extremely overpriced school cafeteria-type food. The food was just so bad, flavorless, undercooked, and cold.

   Food was definitely very disappointing. Our family had high hopes and our experience did not live up to that. We just walked away with an expensive bill. Not worth another visit.

    They didn't have dishes or cocktails on the menu. It wasn't at all what we expected. The serve was amazing and attentative. It wouldn't be a place I recommend. It was cold and a lot of thing were 86ed. No candy and wasn't at all what it's hyped up to be. I wouldn't recommend.
